i've known her for 4-5 years and i would trust her with my life

I'd DEFINETLY wait till she finishes he apprenticeship.
Ask her how many tattoos she's done yet, things like that. I dont know how far she is into her apprenticeship. But speaking from friends who have gone into tattoo business, it's definetly something that's very hard to learn. So I would say that you really ask her how much experience she has or just wait a bit.
Though yeah, if you trust her, your choice.
And 500$ should be plenty, and you can always ask how much something like that would cost.

Okay, I have a small problem in my life but I'm not sure if I can post a topic about it due to the fact that the source of the problem is THE TOPIC WE CANNOT DISCUSS.
Just suffice to say that having separate beliefs from every other person in your household is annoying sometimes. :smallannoyed:

Steve Jobs tried to take Ninja Stars onto his plane, but the Japanese police wouldn't let him. Worst part? It was his plane. HA!!
Of course, Jobs says he won't ever go back to Japan again, but still, HA!!

Heheh. Best practices always tell you to never give any feedback indicating why the login failed, so they were probably just doing an extra-good job of accomplishing that.

How hard would it be to bite off your own tounge?
-
Re: KuReshtin's Vociferously Ruminating Harbinger of Random Banter - #147
The biggest thing is having the willpower necessary to do it. But it still requires a bit of effort, so you probably won't do it accidentally. Those stories of people going into epileptic shock and biting off their tongues are nonsense.

if you somehow got your tongue in between your teeth while wearing a hydraulically powered external jaw and it clamped down you could physically bite your tongue off....
*draws up plans for a hydraulically powered external jaw*

The tongue is one big muscle, it'd be pretty damn hard, especially considering you want to bite off your own tongue.
It's also possible to swallow your own tongue, but again, it's pretty damn silly, because, um, swallowing your own tongue.

Acutally, swalloing your own tongue would first require that all the little muscles anchoring our tongue to your mouth be somehow severed first. Not something that happens everyday.
But biting through your tongue would require some serious dedication, willpower, and a complete lack of pain.

Re: KuReshtin's Vociferously Ruminating Harbinger of Random Banter - #147
It would all be part of an extended escalating disagreement with your teeth. They don't like what you're eating, so they ache at you. You don't like them aching at you, so you take them out*. They don't like being reiected and neglected like that, so when you put them back in, they retaliate and take out their frustrations on your tongue.
If this goes on long enough without proper reconciliation or counselling the tongue may be bitten entirely off.
*Cookie for reference, though I think it should be fairly obvious to at least one person in this thread.

It's RB, we answer most questions.
Example:
In the kitchen there are: strawberry yoghurts, kiwi yoghurts, kitkats, cheese and onion crisps, fizzy pop, exotic fruit iuce, Tesco-value wotsits, bourbons, cookies and some oatie biscuits.
What is the best combination of these for a midnight snack?
And yes, I do have the facilities to make toasties.
