He looks crazy.
At his extension of the word 'feeeel' Lady Raennall's eyebrow goes up. "Hmm..." is her only response, though she suspects this will be more than sufficient response to make the elf go on at length about the dragon that he is clearly obsessed with. The elf gets another quick glance-over so she is sure he is not both insane and heavily armed.

Well, he does look insane.
Though he's not armed at all.
Not visibly, anyway.
"She's a viiiiile excuse for a dragon!
Her shining scales are no cover for the evil of her heart!"
Though he doesn't exactly say what color the scales are. And no one's ever asked what color they are.
And Naku, Naku just sighs.
"You realize I meant to take it to where I couldn't see it, then if you had to you could, right?"

The bounty hunter comes back now without a crutch. He smirks.

Naku shouts, standing, and stomping over to the man.
"Did you kill that man?"

A while later, long enough for the mouth-watering aroma of frying batter to seep out of the kitchen and into the main area, Strahd pokes his head out of the door to snap at the nearest waiter. "Hey, uhh, turnsh out I kinda need your help after all." He says, looking distinctly annoyed about having to ask for help.

Hmm... Ashtrek is Stuck between Helping in an area where she has no expertise and Slicing Someone in half with her Katana.
Katana.
"Yes, Little One. We Do not Take Kindly to Murdering. This Isn't Trogs."

Seeing he is apparently unarmed she is willing to continue the conversation.
"What did this dragon do that convinces you it is evil? I also must ask, how do you know it is female and are the scales shiny the way a snake is shiny basking in the sunlight or shiny in the way that metal is shiny?" The lady inquires. The type of sheen is more important to her at the moment than the color. That question will come next.

Ashtrek growls and Advances. "Sir, I'm Going to Have to Ask You to Leave The Premises."

The elf narrows his eyes.
"Ooooh, you're sneaky.
And I know that she's evil because she kicked me out of the cave she lives in.
She's a she, because she yelled at me and it was obvious, and . . .
More shiny in the way that metal is shiny."
And back to Naku!
"Ashtreck.
Back up. This is my job."
Then she turns to the other man.
"You realize, the Inn is a safe haven.
Killing is not allowed here."
Fighting. Fighting is okay.
"I've assured people here is safe.
You've made me a liar."

Please just . . . let me have this one."

"I assure you, sir, I am being quite transparent. If you do not desire to discuss the dragon, you need only say so and I will be on my way." Her tone is firm. "Is is by chance metallic silver or black?" Her eyes glint with interest.

"Nah, you're fine."
The elf says, smiling at her.
"And . . . um . . .
Noooo?"
He asks, smiling nervously.
Is the game finally up?
Had Naku heard that comment of Ashtrek's, she would have assured her that she's perfectly fine.
Vampires are kinda feared in her world for a reason.

The pirate points to his neck and you see a huge wound. He then falls to the floor.

A hint of disappointment shows in the woman's grey-green eyes when he says it is not silver or metallic black. "Very well then, what color is it? And how large is the beast?" She looks rather more closely at his eyes, to see if there is anything reptilian in their nature. It seems odd that he lived with a dragon.

"Ashtrek . . .
Get rid of him.
I don't care how right now. . ."
Naku says, closing her eyes, and breathing deeply.
It's interesting, as you can watch her trying to get herself back under control.
Her fangs are almost visibly becoming more prominent, the darkness aura she radiates is much, much stronger, and a few other small odds and ends.
Though she's working hard to get it under control.

Nope.
Nothing reptilian in his eyes.
"Eeer . . . She was a big one. Several hundred feet long, at least; but could have been more."
Then he says, very, very quietly: "Gold?", accompanied with a very, very nervous grin.

But if he is alive, no. You may not kill him.

"Should I keep that a secret for some reason?" she inquires when he whispers the dragon's color. "Is there something special about dragons with that color of scales?"

The Lady is nowhere near the hallway, so she does not hear or see what is going on in there, but Thein has grown bored and has begun to wander about. He pokes his head around the corner, into the hallway, and is quite shocked to find a man passed out bleeding on the floor with the she-wolf and a flustered vampire standing around him. The boy's shockingly green eyes widen in fright.

"Well, around these parts, the Metal colored dragons are all Good, and will help people out.
The Black, blue, green, and other colored ones are the evil ones.
So put that with what I've been telling you . . ."
The elf sighs.

Well, keep in mind, the man on the floor has a gaping neck wound.
"If he's alive, Ashtrek.
If he's alive."
Naku agrees, heading back to behind the bar to try to regain more composure.

A small smirk pulls at the Lady's lips as he is talking and by the time he finished with a sigh she is almost laughing. "People believe they can tell something's intentions by the color of its scales? I assure you, no creature I have encountered, be it man or beast, is bound by the stereotypes of its race. Every group has members who choose harmony and members who choose chaos." She lets that sink in.
"Now, you have yet to tell me why you think the creature is evil. Kicking someone from its home is not inherently evil. I have shown more than a few freeloaders my door when they had overstayed their welcome."

When Naku heads out of the hallway Thein steps back, several strides back, to let her through. He shrinks back against a wall, looking up at her in terror.
EDIT The boy just misses seeing the man get up. So he does not know the fellow with the peg-leg is still alive. EDIT

"Nah, this one is, at least.
She's actually really nice. I just like spreading rumors.
And no, she didn't actually kick me out.
She's really not evil. I'm just giving her a hard time."
He says, smiling warmly at the memories.

Actually! If you don't mind, Naku would stop near him, and strike up a conversation.
But only with your permission. If not, then he can ninja himself away.
About halfway down the hall, Naku stops, and sighs.
"What did I do?"
She asks apparently no one in particular, but Thein should know full well it's aimed at him.
And her tone is very, very sad.
