I had both a family and friends, with whom along our community we lived in peace with. This all however was broken an afternoon when I was kidnapped from my rightful place in society and taken far away. Not only did this abuse happen right in-front of the man I once called "Abba" but it was done on the premise of me being lobotomised to be used for painting a no doubt gruesome scene in a far away land. The only reason I'm able to write as of now is the fact that there is still enough blue matter for me to do so, despite you violently crashing my insides by what I believe was an intent of euthanasia which failed miserably. As an addendum I'd like to point out that I in no way knew of my future which you've made clear as of your last letter, and that shall you fancy me as annoying as you've represented my being in your last missive you could as well return me to my society and family in hopes that they too haven't suffered the same fate I've had to endure.
Paint Pot.
Hmmph. Stupid paint pot.

Used to run that! It's a lot of fun! Get Compiz Fusion!
Ubuntu can look real pretty when you tweak it around a bit.

Yeah. You don't get a card for nothing :smallwink:
It doesn't solve anything though. What does solve things are complaint lists to the board, which document much worse things than talking to people on the stand (although, when peoples' lives are at stake, that's pretty bad).

Makes sense.
If you get the anger out in a non-harmful manner, than it always calmer and more logical thought later on.
Such as pushing another lifeguard into the pool? Our class was walking onto the pool deck when that happened.

I guess that makes sense.
No, that happens plenty, it's not bad. This is more like assuming we're all of certain beliefs, or acting sexist towards some of the girls, or accusing one of the guards of being homosexual based on his clothing. Stuff like that :smallannoyed:

I see.
Ugh, that's the kind of stuff that accomplishes nothing except being annoying. :smallannoyed:

Yeah, it happens from time to time.
It's worse when you work for them...
But enough about me. Where are you working? A year-round pool, or a summer pool?

Time to time? Century to century. :smalltongue:
I would assume so.
The nearby places all require me to wait a few months so I can say I'm 16. :smallfrown::smallannoyed:

I hope she's getting a headache. Honestly, sometimes, the crimes against interior design...
My room has sky blue walls, with a dark blue, almost black ceiling, with glow-in-the-dark star stickers on it. I share the room with my brother; we used to have bunk-beds. His bed, on the bottom, had brown sheets, mine had green. We took the bunk-bed apart (YAY MODULARITY), so it doesn't look like a tree anymore...
I've covered the walls with posters and art and awards right now anyways, so...

There's next to no market for a male teenager anymore. Finding work is haaaaaaaaard. I'm considering heading out west to find work. Head to Alberta, work in one of the parks there. I have connections.

Random question: How many of you have read C.S. Lewis's Space Trilogy? I thought it was a pretty obscure series at first, but when I made references to it in SMBG, turns out at least five people have read it.

Not I. Never heard of it. Though I'm having a sudden mind-blank on which one's C.S. Lewis. Is he Narnia?
Edit: Ah yes, he is. Still never read the Space Trilogy. Never finished Narnia, either... Read the first book, found it mildly interesting, started the prequel, bored to death.

I read the first one. Found it in a bookstore on a trip out of state. Have never been able to find the other two here and I'm too lazy to order them online.
It's kind of strange that you should bring that up, I was just reading the Screwtape Letters a little bit ago.

Narnia, Mere Christianity, Screwtape Letters. My favorite author.

I actually checked to make sure Blue wasn't a part of her name.
I suppose Bluecat is too strongly ingrained in my mind to ever go away.

You can sleep with a black ceiling?
I've never been able to sleep under anything but painted ceilings and white ceilings, anything else is creepy.

Depending on how you define work odds are you've probably done so, just not stably or for an extended period of time.

I have, not all that obscure but not popular either.
