Oh...Well, that fits pretty well with what I've thought up so far for the orb-thing.
Now now Bedmon, that's not the point...
At any rate, Onasuma is a paladin isn't he?
Assuming 20th level, he'd have a CL of 10. Against Lyinginbedmon's easily superior CL, I don't think that Dispel Magic will work to rid us of the staff quite so easily.
BRC, what kind of constructs are those?
Psst its not D&D.
Also, of course you wouldnt. this being able to chose is stupid. Everyone can veto whatever happens to them that doesnt help them.
No, your using d&d rules. For all you know, i could be larping.
So, wait, my enormous comic is still canon, right? Right? I'd be happy to make some edits to it, if necessary.
In fact, I'm making some edits anyway. Hold tight, I'ma fix it.
Also, nothing is binding Dr. Bath or Mr. Saturn to stay with us. I was simply allowing them a way into the plot. They don't have to take it if they don't want to.
Also LIB, if we are doing D&D then unseen servents wouldnt work like that.
Take 2:

I will fix it, but I don't have time right now. Just assume it happened right after we entered the city. Also, I will replace Kpenguin with Shades in the comic so it doesn't interfere with his dialogue with Charles.
I'm gone for one day and you guys have gone through.. what.. 4 pages!?
Thats just mathematically impossible! :smalltongue:
Paladins don't have access to Greater Dispel Magic :smallamused:
And yes, you're right. If they were just plain ol' Unseen Servants, they would be completely invisible, totally subservient, and utterly useless in scenarios like this. Which is why, as I've said way prior to now, they are Unseen Servant mixed with Awaken Construct with Major Image for the visual. They're produced by the generators laid out around the Citadel, which are magic items with an energy requirement feed from the Jovocian Generators in Engineering.
Of course, BRC could just switch off the Jovocian Generators, but then a number of things would happen:In short, at this present moment in time, getting rid of the staff means destroying the Citadel and everyone in it.
- The staff would dissipate, leaving him virtually enemy-less, but also destroying the majority of his militia
- The shield would collapse, leaving the city vulnerable
- The altitude engines would shut off, causing the city to plummet to the ground
Now, even if it weren't up to me, that wouldn't be canon, methinks.
@ salmon: Well in 10 days its been 39 pages. thats 4 pages a day
@ LIB: And? Ive already said, im larping. Your whole argument about this is that im a level 20 paladin. Im actually an 8th level grey knight, multiclassed bezerker with 500 points in counterspells.
No LARPing.
"The last thing we need is to introduce elements that let the jocks dominate our once-great hobby."

I got put on the team of every one I don't have a template for... What happened to the pawn anyways?
Ichneumon is presently on BRC's team I believe, working to further the revolution.
Okay, I've just a crossbow to make, and then it's smooth sailing to finishing this spread
Intressting concept.
The idea that "Jocks" as you call them could dominate a larping environment with they're pure brute strenght.
Lets examine this in detail.
First off, in order to qualify to be a jock you have to be what? Surely by joining in with such a nerdy hobby, they would openly be rejecting what a jock is and turn into a nerd with a powerful body.
Secondly, if the above is not the case, the steriotypical jock (As jock in itself is a sterotype) is ment to be intellctually weak and physically strong. With this in mind, most LARP rules are deliberatly complex and involve unusual concepts that the common jock has no idea of. How can a "Jock" work out his 800 point past wizard, without it turning into a combat monster, focusing on flaming sword?
Also there is of course character development, an idea to complex to be understood by the weak minded. Referees and Gms are unlikely to keep allowing the warrior who hates monsters unbiasedly keep killing meaninglessly, and with the town wizards this would soon result in the weakening and destruction of said warrior.
I think the above basically rules out the possibility of jocks ruining such a hobby without becoming nerds and thus not being able to ruin the hobby.
Where is Threeshades in-plot? There are two ways this Leroy thing can go, and one depends on Threeeshades.
Okay, I'm finally done. I think it could be much better, so if anyone wants to try and "remaster" it, go ahead :smallwink:
@^ Threeshades is presently in the Citadel, having just requested the course change towards Pericle Island.
Cant start working on my next one until I figure this out.
So far I'm sitting on leory while hes being suspended in mid air by..a rope or..harness or whatever. *shrugs*
Now is he just hanging there or is he being pulled up, and if so by who?
Here is my fixed comic, now in two parts. It happens directly after Kpenguin's comic, as we walk with Charles. I changed some of the dialogue, too.
Part 1:
Part 2:
There. Now Keshou is with us, and Dr. Bath and Mr. Saturn are invited to stay, as well, but knowing them, they probably won't stick around.
Perhaps Dr. Bath might go get Threeshades to call off the plotgoblins...
By the way, if the online translator is to be trusted, "Jiken Keshou" is Japanese for "plot goblin."
Team Good:
Almighty Salmon
Kpenguin
Mechafox
Shades of Gray
Omicroncubed
BRC
Jason Doomsblade
Onasuma
Bayar
Narrator
Ichneumon
Charles (NPC)
Keshou (plotgoblin)
Comrade Army (worthless NPCs)
Team Evil:
Threeshades
Nameless
Yeril
Lavidor
Mr. Pixie aka Crabman
Mad Mask aka Baron One-Eye
Forrestfire aka Red Eye
Firedrake
"Dr. Lazarus"
Atta (NPC)
Moa (NPC)
Pilot (NPC)
Gisbak (plotgoblin)
Allegiance Unclear:
Dr. Bath (claims vague allegiance with Threeshades, wanted by plotgoblins)
Mr. Saturn (rival of Dr. Bath, wanted by plotgoblins)
Calamity (possessed by Archel)
Man from Another Place (possibly insane)
Randomizer (psychotic mass murderer)
Nightwing (punching bag)
Plotgoblins (apparently paid by Threeshades, but serve a higher power)
Wolfman (apparently an enemy of Charles)
Team Evil has 13 members. Team Good has 13 members and an army of people who can't actually fight. The field is actually pretty even.
I got bored
By the way, to those who don't know, the song coming from that Boombox is Hard Rock Hallelujah by Lordi
@ Nameless down there V: Yeah, It's good, but I had to come up with SOME song.
I love that song!
