In. So freaking in.
I'm in! I love Werewolf. :)
Death, shouldn't you take Lord Iames off the list?
I'll be sure to watch this.
Oh this sounds like a blast. I would like to join, pretty please
I'd like to join...how do I sign up?
You just did.
Can't wait for this too start. Werewolf rocks.
Ok, will update soon, sorry folks have a temp over 1.6 the recommended mortal reading. Won't go into other details. Check up reguallry for the pre game starting date.
Insanus I am afraid due to rule 3 I can't accept new people, due to some cheating issues.
If you can get someone to vouch for you, your friend, you can lay your honour with him like what Booky's girl did.

Has anyone claimed game VII yet? I'd like to if not.
I thought I had previously posted about claiming WWVII, but as I can't find the evidence, I'll settle for WWIX.
I'm going to go for the future games as well, so you'll have competition :smallamused:
-edited out-
EDIT 2: I've already come up with a name for my version and I've figured out all the roles and how to fit them in.
So I'll be trying pretty darn hard to get a game soon because I REALLY wanna try my version!
EDIT 3: I call dibs on WW X!
EDIT 4: Edited out the sneak preview 'cause I wanna keep it secret!
I suppose I'll settle for VIII (If not previously claimed), or XI, considering that B-man posted his claim on 9 as well.
Well, I had tried to grab VII so I contacted Death to see if he had heard anything about someone grabbing VII. He said Gnome Barbarian has laid dibs to VII already. I messaged GB and he said he was still planning on running VII (and it sounds like now he might be using Ms. E as well as a co-host).
So then I laid claim to VIII. AFAIK I was the first to grab VIII, and I already have everything set up for it, so hopefully you'll be able to grab XI.
Oh, okay, I'm insane enough to join into one more. Do I need to have someone vouch for me? :smallamused:
Though, I will use my other account, Graklok.
[sarcasm]I really should start smoking, it'd be easier to break that addiction than these games.[/sarcasm]
Anyone else think the advance claiming of games is going a bit far now? It's up to what? 5 or 6 games away!? Going by the length of Werewolf V as a rough estimate, that's about 8-12 months. I'd love to narrate one in the future, but to do it any justice, I'd need to wait until a end of semester break to do it. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't tend to plan two summers in advance...
Graklok co-narrarrarra, um co-narralarr, um...co-speak for any game, ww or otterwise.
Oh, like Supagoof's said, Graklok spose he post here to say he in instead of Supagoof so PMing Graklok easier. Supagoof go way fwom thread now, don't no-body send him nuttin' bout WW7. Don't wanna Graklok be cused of cheetin', no sah.
Yep. Graklok alway speak like Graklok.
Oh, and Troggin, Graklok fell on ground laffing so hard at awesome post above. Now Graklok has *Da Na Nah Da Na Da Na Da Na....* stuck in head. You Rool!
Perhaps, instead of waiting 5+ months to get your game off the ground, you may wish to try a werewolf rip-off instead. Much like Pirates or Mafia fame.
You just need a theme and BAM, instant game of werewolf rip-off. Granted, it may not have as many people, but you'll get to see your idea in action. Just a thought.
Sigh....poor alien invasion. LIVE damn you, LIVE!
I think the idea of calling dibs on a future version is actually a good thing, otherwise we'd have several people running several versions of werewolf simultaneously (along with other WW type games like: Mafia, Pirates, Alien Invasion, etc).
It could get really confusing having three or four games all called 'Werewolf' running at the same time.
On the flip side, just saying "I'm going to claim WW #" is kind of annoying. I think you should develop an idea, present it to the players in-between games, and see what they think. Its possible that no one will even like your idea, at which time you should let the next guy run it if his idea is better.
Perhaps we should have everyone present their idea for WW and then the version with the most support behind it can run it as a WW installment. Then, if there was another version that the creator still wants to run they can do it as a side game with a different name.
I had the idea awhile of basically creating a Werewolf "administration" thread to figure who is narrating each game and perhaps create an "auto-list" of players who want to be automatically signed up for each new creation.
I would also like to really encourage people to have a co-narrator, if not strongly enforce that it should be made a rule. Nothing against Deckmaster, who ran a very interesting game, but it just shows how tedious a single-person run game can get, especially with his awkward posting hours.
So who's up for that idea? It would keep all these ideas in a thread designed for them and out of current games.
I'd second that, Lucky. I'd like to narrate, with a couple twists thrown in...and I plan on playing these as long as there are those willing to run and join in.
I think that's a very good idea, and having a co-narrator is darn useful, no matter how well you run the game or how often you're online.
