Prime Minister Rufus himself prepares to travel to Aseio to take Otopkin Aseio up on his offer of a summit to resolve issues with the charter. A briefing is sent to Aseio, Leonas, and Helia introducing Olympia's points of contention, to facilitate discussion once Rufus arrives.
Spoiler
1. Olympia will absolutely not join unless it is made a permanent member of the High Council under Article 2.2.1, and is written into the charter as such.
2. The High Court needs to have much more clearly defined powers and functions. As it is, it is vague; either it will prove ineffective, or tyrannical.
3. Every time the word vote is mentioned, it needs to be defined. Simple majorities, 2/3 majorities, 3/4 majorities, unanimous decisions?
