Does having eaten a grasshopper count?
grasshoppers are weird and icky. We would get extra credit in 7th grade science class if we ate chocolate covered ants, and some kinda grasshopper. I didn't want the extra credit that badly.
Also, here is a quick little pict shot from my horrible camera phone (i really need to get a camera again) of the river that ran next to the bike trail I just rode.
If any of ya'all ever find yourself wanting to bike/hike/canoe or even hunt near the Root River let me know, it's just a hop skip and a jump away. :smallwink:
But you're out in the midwest. Why would I want to leave my comfortable state of Assachusetts ?
Heh, that's all it takes huh? Well, we'll just have to make it down to visit
And I would have made it up for Andre's b-day celebration... but you know.. Gen Con and all. =]
@^ I don't know if they do rafting round these parts.... but if they do, sure. :smalltongue:
Yeah, like that was a good excuse :smallwink: I mean, how could a con ever compare to Andre's birthday barbecue and RenFest?
Venison is really good on pizza, too.
Venison makes good stew. Crap, here we go about food again and it's dinner time. :smallannoyed: How is it this always happens? HMM?
@^: *lashes for being a continuous ninja*
Is it? I really want to try that. Weirdest pizza topping I ever had was chocolate. It was yummy!
Not the whip again!
Obviously written by an English person to flush out infiltrating pretendy foreign devil ghost people determined to leech our realness away from us. Using demotic language among ourselves is deemed a ghastly faux pas doncherkno. We actually all enjoy a timelessly charming existence not unlike the charmed life of the blessed Bertie Wooster, complete with vintage roadsters, briar pipes, smoking jackets and discrete butlers who serve us tea at 4pm.
(don't even bother trying to call Britain then, EVERYTHING stops for tea)
The weirdest pizza topping I've ever had was tuna sushi. It was yummy!
Mmmmm sushi. It'll be good to eventually get to have sushi again...:smallfrown:
Ohh, Dragon... You won yourself a shiny pair of WTF-eyes. o.O
I think I'll put them in my trophy case.
I will be having steak soon! I am soo hungry it was hard to get the energy to make the food.
Yum..... steak... it's what's for dinner.
Pizza here. I'm not sure what type though...just waiting for the oven to pre-heat...
Mmmm...Pizza....
Thes, if its not TO far from Gencon and they have rafting, I might make a visit.
(Rafting is fun, Iīve rafted in the alpines and the pyrynees(Probably spelled wrong, but you know, that mountain range between france and spain). Now, and the Verdon.(If you know where in france that is)
So rocky mountains or wherever the river is, would be nice to add to the list.:smalltongue:
Oh it's about an 11 hour drive from Gen Con. So yeah, I would say far.
And I don't think there is rafting here... we got bluffs, but we ain't got no mountains.
And my steak is horrendously bad. Looks like I am making steak fried rice tomorrow.
The kiss or kill thread is insane. INSANE I SAY!
*enters self into an asylum*
Well, mountains help with a good rafting, so I donīt think there are if there arenīt any mountains.(Unless you like, have underground rivers, though those are usually deemed to dangerous....)
11 hour drive... Err yeah bit far, but then again distances get bigger in America, so I donīt know.... Got a few weeks in America(Donīt know how many exactly) to do around as we wish(my brother, my parents and me, even though my parents have just decided we can do partially just what we want for a part of the holidays).
I'm pretty sure I ended up kissing FF Fanboy more than Surly. And I assure you my armies will attempt to destroy that petition.
Believe it our not, I hate steak. I've tried it on multiple occasions, from homemade to gourmet resturaunt, and I've never liked it. Ever.
EDIT: Hmm... It appears I've started the page, yet again!
