Whats with the 3 heads? Maybe he liked them all and thought "Eh, I think she won't mind".
We're all missing the real important question here.
How did GorillaDoc get a jeep into a cave at the top of a mountain only accessible by a secret tunnel in an abandoned temple?
And if there is, in fact, a drivable road down the mountain, any bets that we will soon see a reanimated FrankenApe chasing Doc+Judy down the mountain in their newly 'borrowed' Jeep?
So taking bets now on whether or not it's alive. Sub bets on the actual cause of aliveness or failure for aliveness. Ghosts. Advanced gorilla technology merely being powered by the battery. The gorilla's just insane and thinks she's alive. You name it. Max bet 3 internet cookies. Payout 1 for 1 on alive or not, 4 for 1 on most sub bets. if you want to try for a long shot I might be convinced to go as high as 10 for 1.
Well, it's an ancient temple, so the whole place could be magic ...
At any rate, Judy will be in danger here. Either because she's attacking Gorillastein's husband or because Gorillastein still needs parts.
four armed and three headed female zombie franken gorilla?
I totally ship her with Mongo.
I bet 3 internet cookies on alive, nothing special or anything. Pre-doc doc seems very much to believe that the world works as it's supposed to in real life, not how we know it actually works in McNinja-verse. I bet he doesn't even believe in Paul Bunyan's Disease yet.
Spoiler
So I kinda saw this coming. Not the 'blame it on the human' bit - though that is obvious - but the 'three heads are not better than one' part. Especially when the heads come from friends and neighbors.
SpoilerHail Hydra.
Spoiler: Wednesday's comic
Fairly obvious that the same trick he's pulled already isn't going to work - both due to narrative reasons and because Gorillastein's Monster isn't going to have the same pressure points as a proper being.
Spoiler: Actual Wednesday's Comic
Judy has a plan, or comically harmless translator device malfunction?
The Wednesday on which I posted is no less actual than today's. Shame on you.
Also, it's pretty clear from Judy's facial expressions that it's not an accident.
...Is she casting a spell?
A spell that has hand motions that just happen to be sign language for a monologue about the Doc's college?
She's probably overloading the translator so that it overheats and explodes.
Possibly. Last time it just rebooted though. Maybe she adjusted it since then and removed the fail-safes to allow for faster signing in emergencies.
I'm just going to pop in here to ask a quick question, because this has been bugging me:
It's Sir Sicknasty of Spades, Cowabunga of Clubs, Hellacious of Hearts, and the what of diamonds? What's the name of that title?
http://drmcninja.com/archives/comic/26p1/
Dame Dudeical of Diamonds presumably.
Take that, photosensitive epilepsy!
Turns out that detail was pretty important after all.
Frankengorilla has photosensitive epilepsy? I totally missed that.
EDIT: A little digging. Ah there it is. Quick give her some yarn and some needles to distract her!
Remember folks, in a story, everything is relevant. Especially the things that aren't.
I wondered what was going on. Now I get it.
So who wants to bet that Judy is an unpaid college intern for the good Doctor now?
Anyone know what Doc and Judy are saying today?
Soft shell crab is only the creepiest because, as a Marylander, Chris is inured to the sheer creepiness of shellfish and how they are served in general. Like live oysters, or whole live-boiled lobster.
Not that either of those are really an everyday office lunch dish, even for a single doctor.
Awwww .... That's actually kind of sweet.
