I do too sometimes, but then I remember some of the images people posted that went one step too far, and I have to conclude that it was better that it stopped when it did.

Adopted progeny. (which I think is actually an oxymoron...)

Re: Crack Pairings 3 - 50% More Squick
Ah. Yes. The "otyugh paladin."
Which made me laugh so, so much. Not as much as pimp!Miko lending Haley and Sabine to Belkar against a hefty sum (the image doesn't exist anymore), but still.
Maybe there needs to be a M-rated OotS community on fanfiction.net then... I'm sure many people will enjoy it... :smallwink:
You know, I wonder when Haerta lived. Maybe I can pair her up with Aarindarius...

It depends on what the characters want to do. (Wow, that sounded really New Age-y.)
In my current story, a part of him lusts for her but his actual emotions for her are purely platonic. He loves her like a daughter and his heart/mind recognizes her as such, but certain... other... parts of him see her as a very attractive potential mate.
And whatever happened to the House of Horrors anyway?

This. I want this.
I hate trying to rein myself in when things get a little to R-rated. :smallfrown:

It died from lack of updates.

Give me a good name for the community and, provided community-managing isn't too difficult, I can do this.

I doubt you'd lose any readers if your stories went into M-rated. (although you may have to edit or omit sections if you posted them here too)

Yes, but some of us aren't 18 yet.

Silly Closak, you're not very well versed in draconic erotism are you? There is no such thing as a toy for a dragon. There are "future father of my future children" and "scapegoat."
So? Catchy name for the community? :smallconfused:

The ratings on FF.net only go up to 16+. They have a separate site for anything over that.

Well, I suppose that 'House of Horrors' is already taken, so what else is there to call it? Where have we seen references in D&D or OotS to risqué stuff...
Playdrake?

I'm not worried about losing readers. (We're all [well, most of us are] grown up here, we can deal with horrific violence, depravity, and semi-described sex between two or more people.) I just don't want to cut up my story so people will have to go back and forth to read it.

A lot of people who read M-rated fiction aren't eighteen. It's a matter of what you're comfortable with, not of what age you are.

See, knowing my luck, my parents or brother will walk in, see what I'm reading...And then there will be a lot of explaining to do.

Book of Erotic Fanfiction? No, this one is too vague. Order of the Smut?

But it may not all be sex M-ratings. Like I have a nasty tendency to have graphic torture, mutilation, and, well, semi-consensual or non-consensual sex. Twisted stuff that I'm not supposed to explicitly describe.

Re: Crack Pairings 3 - 50% More Squick
It's really your own fault Closak, reap the whirlwind and all that... Oooh that had to hurt...
So anyway, plot bunnies are breeding and need some facts (it's like a petting zoo in my head). Would Tsukiko be able to cast Command Undead? Probably? Actually, is there a spell that binds an undead monster to you permanently? (Command is day/level isn't it?)

*nods* I think the current rules/laws about stuff like more... mature stories are a bit archaic. Why keep people from reading them until they're 18 if chances are, they've already done the stuff that's in the story?
Get with times, maaaaaaaan.... :smalltongue:

Let me check the SRD... One day/level, a level two spell... Tsukiko can certainly cast it, assuming she knows the spell.

Yeah, that's why I wasn't sure about it.

No-one ever seems to have a problem with sex-scenes in novels, for example.

The existing laws/rules regarding reading sex scenes anywhere (Internet, magazines, novels...) are archaic and moralistic, in my opinion. Considering the fact that there are middle/upper-class, well-educated, first-world eleven-year-olds getting pregnant by the truck load, protecting our 'sweet innocent eyes' becomes a bit of a moot point.

Re: Crack Pairings 3 - 50% More Squick
I agree.
Would "Order of the Stick: Up, Up, Up the Rating!" work? :smallconfused:
Imagine Elan singing it. :smallwink:

Sword drawn, Elan stared up at the cactus and frowned. The prize--A beautiful flower--Stood atop it. Yet it was protected by thorns, too fragile to bear his weight.
Elan waited for the cactus to make a move. Ridiculous to some, but he knew. He knew that sometimes plants move, and he wouldn't be surprised if plants got pissed when you deflowered them.
...Heh, 'Deflowered.'
And yet the cactus was oddly beautiful. Tall and proud, yet that flower gave it an oddly feminine aspect...Elan had an idea on how to claim the prize...
===
Haley whistled, slightly impressed as she plucked out the spines from Elan's exposed skin, the beautiful flower sitting in her hair. He had restrained himself to slight whimpers and the occasional yelp, even when she had to tug at a deeply embedded spine with both hands. Her mouth dropped open slightly when Elan gingerly took off his pants and underwear, exposing dozens of thorns impaled in his upper thighs and groin. Haley worked her jaw for a moment, trying to comprehend what she was seeing and formulate a response. Finally, she said, "...I'm just going to assume that this was necessary to get me the flower, and never mention this again."
Elan squirmed uncomfortably and winced. "...Yeah, that would be best."

Re: Crack Pairings 3 - 50% More Squick
I realize there isn't really a need for a community since there are so few OotS fanfictions (and even less mature ones), but here it is. Of course, it's empty for now, but I hope there will be many stories there before long!
Hilarious story, CoffeeIncluded!

Re: Crack Pairings 3 - 50% More Squick
Better go save Closak before he gets himself killed, seeing as how he helped me with to write the spoiler correctly on my story.
Prepare to cast hold monster spell.
:smallconfused:hmmmmm...should I paralyze Closak or his "friend" first.
Enters the cave...

Thanks! Not to be rude, but even though it's so short, what do you like about it?
