x3 What happened with the box?
Well, if it weren't for the fact my mother would have had a heart attack I would've kept it to horrify my friends/have a conversation piece back in the dorms. 'Twas empty anyway. As it was, it got trashed with several things on top of it so no one would get their knickers in a twist about it.

Yay! I'm a pervert!
Now then, I just need to get these creepy mental images involving strap-ons and olive oil. They are horrifying :smalleek:

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
Strap-ons are, to speak generally, a matter of (h)orrifice... but let us mourn the passing of the golden opportunity of that box.
I'm walking in a minefield of double entendres here.
Just make sure it's extra-virgin. The creepery is compounded greatly that way.
Anyhow. Bon nuit, Playground, for I am full of white wine, and I must jog downtown in a suit to be fashionably late for a fellow actor's birthday party...
**** me, but I'm a flake.
*kisses Coidzillo benefactorily on the forehead on his way out*

Not to mention the irony.

I am bored.
*waves his hand half-heartedly towards the forum*
Entertain me.

We're talking about strap-ons and olive oil. What more do you want?

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
Hmm. Perhaps I shouldn't have mentioned it at all. But...
All was not lost, since I was able to get a picture of it with my cellphone's camera. And then proceeded to horrify my best friend with the warning label.
Took up a good 8th of one of the sides of the box.

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
I was out all day today on a day trip. Accomplished quite a bit, but also very tired. I've been up for about 15 hours by now, while sick. I'm barely going to be able to catch up on the PbPs before zonking.

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
Just got home.
Lying in bed, lights down, listening to Holopaw.
Will lose an hour of sleep tomorrow. Have to wake up early. Not ready to sleep. :/
Weird mood...

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
I am not happy about Daylight Saving time. I want my hour.:smallfrown: At least I had making an opposite alignment avatar to keep me busy doing something fun.
Goodnight playground.
-
Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
Hour of sleep missing? DO NOT WANT.
Your avatar is certainly pleasing to the eye. I think I would prefer it without the echidna background, personally, but maybe that's just me.
Still beautiful work.
...tired.

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
I've decided that if I can use visual aides to portray emotions over the forum, in the form of smilies, then I should be able to have audio aides. And so I'm gonna start recording some random little sounds as mp3's that should be under a meg, and link them in posts where I think appropriate.
Anyone can feel free to use them, but they're low quality, to keep the file size down.
First one I've done is this:
For those awesome-sauce moments. :smallcool:

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
It's Daylight Savings change over tomorrow! WOO! Another hours sleep! Take that, Northern Hemisphere, it's payback time, baby!

Good for you, but the gloating was unnecessary. :smalltongue:

There is no daylight-saving (or daylight-losing) here. But, it is International Women's Day - so I recommend that everyone sends their greetings to an awesome woman in their life.

Darn, my mom just left the house for a little while, to visit another awesome woman called Muriel.
Meh, what the hell, greetings Dish, how are you today?

Re: The Throne of Thufir's Thoroughly Theoretical and Therapeutic Random Banter #116
Hi Fred, I'm fine. A little busy as the caretaker at work handed me three orphaned kittens to look after. (I'm hoping to find them nice new homes asap, but until then I'm syringe feeding them.)

Yea, just make me feel more depressed why don't you?:smalltongue:
No awesome women for me.
In any event, today was the first sunrise I've seen in more than 4 years.
It was lackluster, to say the least.

You have no female relatives, colleagues, or friends? I find this hard to believe.

Sunrises are never as good as sunsets. I have seen far too many of both, and this is my considered opinion.

Awwww, kittens. That's really cool that you take care of them like that. I like kittens, but I'm content with my dog.
Wadledo, there are awesome women in the lives of everyone, you just have to look harder. *Thumbs up*
Also, sunrise, it's nice when you notice it. Sunset seems better than sunrise sometimes.

Hmmm, I can think of some awesome women. But am I allowed to use this day to tell a horrible woman that she's a disgrace to womankind?

I don't think that is the point of the day.

Too bad! Anyway, I think women are myth. Just a bunch of smudges on cameras and weather balloons.

Even if they don't exist, I wouldn't say that to any woman's face.
I want to keep my kidneys.

If women are just a myth then how does the human race continue to reproduce? :smalltongue:
I think you're thinking of UFOs there.
Did you think us dwarves just sprouted out of holes in the ground? :smalltongue:

I think you're thinking of UFOs. Phase knows where its at, if women existed why would they only appear to drunks and crazy people in the middle of nowhere? If I travelled across the cosmos I'd bother to find someone more interesting.
@Dragonprime: You could probably get away with saying she was a disgrace to humankind though. If she genuinely is. Not a good plan otherwise.

Humans reproduce through mitosis dividing. Dwarves don't pop up out of the ground, they reproduce through binary fission since they are inferior bacteria.

That's what she said. *Wink wink, nudge nudge*
