Yeah Marceline has been around a long time and probably looked herself, but these guys are heroes and this is just the quest for them.
I do hope that Simon gets to be himself again some day.
What is it with men sacrificing themselves for adorable little girls and hitting you right in the feels?! Adventure Time as well as...

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
I'm willing to bet that they won't be able to get Simon back to normal. It's possible they'll do an episode about it, maybe where they try to destroy the crown or something, but without the crowd Ice King would die, or something. :smallfrown:
Still, one can hope.
Anyway, I don't know who's leaking these episodes, but A Glitch is a Glitch was leaked. Once again, I won't link, but you can PM me for a link if you want. Unless I should just post the link and let people decide?
Major spoilers, naturally.

I'm not sure whether this is even supposed to be in continuity or if this is an AU. The intro certainly threw me for a loop.
This episode was so freaky. There was a long version of the creepy video at the beginning on tumblr, and... arg.
Spidersnake is awesome. I want to see that statted up as a D&D monster.
Peebles/Peebles Hand/Jake's Arm, OT3.
Oh, and hey, return of long-haired Finn!

So the episode is glitch right? This...has got to be...the oddest thing I have ever seen, and that's saying a lot.

I've never understood how all of these epsiodes are getting leaked. I guess some people just like Adventure Time and hate waiting enough to go through the trouble.

Nah, it's cool. Just means I need to step out every now and then. Like, I'd have been unmellow if I had seen the cheers reference before the episode.

Sure there were. We have a magic ice crown that stores the personality of an Ice king like some sort of body snatching lich. Why would there not be demons? Because Rationality? Pffff.

Hard to tell. It was a bomb that created a lich, after all.
I suppose the war could have ruptured the universe enough for poor Marcie to fall out of the NightoSphere and never get back?

I saw nothing eldritch, nor abominable, nor a fitting combination for the common colloquial use of the two as a title.
But hell, I'm a philological hipster. I used eldritch as a word before it exams slang for Lovecraftian beasts.

I dunno. I don't actually know much about the enchiridion, but are we sure the crowns have magic? I doubt it. I think, in the early stages of forming a stable Ooo, the people would have discovered the Enchiridion again, discovered that the jewels it came with or spoke of had magic power, and (probably due to the Lich, who was still an active threat) used them first as McGuffins and then as residual symbols of the rights and responsibilities of rulership. The crowns were just the settings the jewels were placed in, as a safe-keeping measure that also happened to be useful for prevention mind control.

it's more the jewels are magical rather than the crowns themselves I think...

It could have been a CGI Marceline.:smalltongue:

Thinkgeek.com played a cruel trick on me.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Huh. Not seen it mentioned anywhere, so it must have just been Teletoon that had normally-animated Jake show up near the end and write 'April Fools' on the screen in butt-sweat.
Interesting to say the least. Curse you, Teletoon, and all that.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
That was weird. And, frankly, it did not look like she was eating her hair in the episode. Looked more like a tentacle or something.
Yes, something.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
It felt like it belonged a couple seasons ago. Simon hasn't done the princess-marrying shtick for a while now. I hope he's not reverting to his old ways.

Must have been a side effect of crossing dimensions.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Maybe this episode took a while to make. Look at Finn's sword. Or perhaps it was part of April Fools'.

I think it's a bit of a "King Worm" deal, with it following up on a much older episode in a way.

Maybe BMO had a kid? Actually I have no idea how a sentient robot came into existence in the first place...
Finn always loses an arm. When he imagines himself as an adult he has a robotic arm as well.
I think any time line but the actual one will end up with a robot armed finn. It might suggest that this was in fact a dream, as Finn looks quite similar as a pillow world adult as he did as a daydream adult.

It's Football, silly!
Also, knowing how weird Ooo is, it's entirely possible that that giant book fort ended up creating a portal to a pillow-themed demension of sorts. Shear pillow-ness or something. Considering that the universe seems to have it out for Finn that he will lose a limb somehow, it's entirely possible that Finn got locked into another world for a lifetime or so.
Also, this episode kinda shows that part humans in Ooo can be made the old fashened way, if we do not write out the chance that this was all one really weird dream.
