Me neither, but somehow, others do. ._.
But Asta shall not! If Asta succeeds, the comic itself could be at stake, for Asta may learn the weaknesses of even Coffee! :smalleek:

Pssssssssh. As if you could predict adventurers.

Can I join you as an undercover agent only to betray you, stab you in the back and disappear at the most unexpected moment?

Psssssssh. As if the adventurers weren't already going to do that.

Sure! You can even be the one who seems to never betray us while everybody else does, and then turn out to have been behind every obstacle we faced from the start! ^_^

Where in the world have you been hiring adventurers? Knockturn Alley? Go for the inexperienced youngsters who share your cause, they are both less likely to stab you and much less competent at striking true! :3

Re: Murphy's Law 8: College? What About It?
Maybe we should take it elsewhere. Coffee might want her thread back.
Start a new thread in Friendly Banter, someone?

She should probably cast Owl's Wisdom on herself from time to time...
You mean persist(assuming they are high enough level or has a metamagic rod of persist(Wait do those exist?))

I know what you mean. Some people are absolute bastions of wisdom when it comes to telling other people what to do. Then someone gets out the fireworks...
No, that's never happened to me. Fireworks are illegal here.

I have no idea. But she's a high enough level to be able to prepare a couple times each day and cast it before she has to make important decisions.
And we know its in her spell book, because I remember her casting it before.

Unfortunately, occasionally literally.
Still, despite the shortcomings in the wisdom area, she's too loveable to be upset with for long.

No, I really love Serrin, and I'm glad you love her too.

Re: Murphy's Law 8: College? What About It?
Wait, coffee said that the fireball did 10d6 damage, 10 is the cap so she is at least level 10 probably since I doubt cl shenanigans go on in that world. She went down to -2 after taking a shard to the head since I can't know what damage that is for sure. I'm running 2 assumptions here for what her con is, either its 8 or 10 since she has a low fort save (maybe 12 I'll crunch #s for that too). I'm going to assume the object that fell on her did another d6 of damage because I have no better thing to assume. So the average for the 10d6 is 3.5 so 35+3.5 for the thing that fell. She has to have 36/37 health to go to -2 after the thing fell on her.
With con 8: 36/1.5=24 no way they are epic level so that means she definitely doesn't have 8 con(unless she took a prestige class with good health)
With con 10: 36/2.5=14.4 so 14 or 15 that seems way higher than they should be but still a plausible #
With con 12:36/3.5=10.blah this is actually maybe the most likely number just above level 10
I'm done being a nerd and having to stat it out for plausible levels but she is likely 10-15 more likely 10/11 than 14/15 in my opinion.
edit: Yes she is the best character elven master race for the win (I round up half elves :smalltongue:) (its an inside joke with my friends that I only play elves)

The shard did 1d4 damage and yes, the party's around level 10-11 at this time! Or she could have a slightly higher con and have taken a lot of damage from the fireball. :smallwink:

High con, high int, low wis, is a recipe for non-deadly disaster.

Eh, decent con at best. She is half-elf, after all. :smallwink:

Yes, but she gets no penalty to her constitution, unlike Saphrin.

Consume you it will, as it did Silverraptor's apprentice!
Thinking leads to book. Books leads to games. Games lead to the nerd side!

Re: Murphy's Law 8: College? What About It?
Hey guys, classes started up again so my updates are going to slow down once more. I've got a very rough semester, which is likely going to be the norm form here on out, and I'm taking one class without the recommended prerequisite--I'll need to do a lot of reading to catch up to everyone else.
