Colin shakes his head.
I was just thinking that I haven't seen Mom in a while.

Sounds like a good idea. She nods, finishing her stuffing.
((Also yes Carrie is still very HALO.))

"Then that's where we'll put it." Hildur isn't quite as fast an eater as Thyrza, so she's still finishing off the bird meat.

Oh. Alright.
He leans back, closes his eyes and breathes deeply.
I really needed that. But I suppose I should talk to Naku, because if I stay in this seat I'm going to nod off.

Thryza is a very efficient eater, having left not a single morsel.

Sure you don't wanna come with me? Mom would be happy if she saw I have friends.

In a few moments, Hildur is finished with the meal, leaving a relatively clean plate behind.

(I think Autocorrect screwed up my color :smallamused:)
He looks a little surprised.
Um, sure. I just thought it was a little, you know, personal. But if that's what you want, I'd be happy to help.

Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
Thryza sits back with a satisfied sigh, grinning.
That's a better dinner than I've had in a good long while...
((Also, LDK, is that your... dinosaur guy? I thought so because of the text but I'm not familiar with your characters in general.))

Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
"Yeah, it was really good. Will you want dessert here, too?" Hildur asks.

(Sorry, no, Lexington is green. I try to color-code based on their most common color, but Mist just looks human, albeit with bright yellow eyes, so I picked something generic that's sort of his hair color. He's essentially a kitsune, but prefers to stay human whenever possible)

Colin scratches his head. Was it too soon to ask such a thing? He was kidnapped and raised by an evil ninja guy, so he hasn't really had many friends for experience.
You don't have to, just wondering. You can stay if you want.

Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
((Ah, I see.
Also yeah, I remember Quinsar's fake-dad what's-his-face character and how he was a titanic troll... speaking of which, Colin will find his mom isn't quite as radiant as she was earlier.))
Thryza blinks. ... I think I'll... pie.
Pie is very yes.
-
Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
Hildur grins. "Pie it is, then. Think I'll have a slice too."
-
Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
Mist shakes his head.
I don't mind at all, I'm just surprised. You've been a better friend in half an hour than most people I've met for the month I've been here, and I don't mind at all.

"It sort of melts away. It is a bit like falling asleep, and waking as someone else."
Tavlii nods to Sasha as well. "Hello!"

Staaaaaaaare.
"Oh okay..." nods Cerise. She doesn't quite understand it, but she decides to just go along with it anyway. "It must be nice being able to change who you are whenever you want though..."
With another glance at Sasha, the ghost whispers to Tavlii. "Hey, you wanna go see what's up with the cloaked girl?"

I think I'll have mine be... um... pecan.

Re: [Nexus] Dancing Fox Inn VI: Wait, there used to be a Ribbajack here?
"Cherry pie for me. All I've ever eaten," Hildur says, waiting for that waiter to come back.

Well you seemed like you could use a friend, and I know I could. Besides, you're really nice.
