Belkar, Blackwing, CotS Usher with long hair (as Vampire) (on Anarchic Water), CotS Usher with sandy hair (as Vampire) (on Anarchic Water), Durkon (as Vampire) (in Sending Spell) (on Anarchic Water), Elan, Gontor (as Vampire) (on Anarchic Water), Haley, High Priest of Hel (as Durkon) (in Sending Spell) (on Anarchic Water), Hilgya, Kudzu, Minrah, Mr. Scruffy, Roy, Vaarsuvius, Vampire Dwarf with Blue Beard and Balding Head (on Anarchic Water), Vampire Dwarf with Brown Beard (on Anarchic Water), Vampire Dwarf with Red Ponytail (on Anarchic Water)
I will add these to the list tomorrow.

Re: Number of Character Appearances VI - Wrecan: "I like counting things"
I would list the alteration as "in scrying", rather than "on anarchic water", personally. The fact that we're seeing them is a result of the spell, not of the water itself, which is just a focus for the spell. And we've seen other characters in scrying spells before.

Re: Number of Character Appearances VI - Wrecan: "I like counting things"
The OP lists Durkon* as having appeared 62 times, plus 10 from multi-page comics. However, the "notable alterations" section has HPoH As Durkon appearing 74 times. What is the HPoH As Durkon entry counting that the Durkon* entry isn't counting?

Strips that doesn't show HPoH's true form or his voice.

There is different forms of scrying and this is unique as they're shown upon water. Plus we didn't add any other alterations as "in scrying".

Keep searching, he is hiding a corner somewhere. :smallwink:
The bottom left of the page to be precise.

Thanks. I guess somebody likes blondes so much, he has to be squeezed in somehow.

Re: Number of Character Appearances VI - Wrecan: "I like counting things"
1110:
Belkar Bitterleaf, Blackwing, Durkon Thundershield (as Vampire) (In Sending spell) (In Scrying spell), Elan, Haley Starshine, High Priest of Hel (as Durkon) (In Sending spell) (In Scrying spell), Hilgya Firehelm, Kudzu, Minrah, Mr. Scruffy, Roy Greenhilt, Vaarsuvius
"On water" doesn't work for this one, because we're hearing not-Durkon through the scrying, but not seeing him.

Re: Number of Character Appearances VI - Wrecan: "I like counting things"
1111: "Durkon" (as Durkon), Durkon (as "Durkon"), Gontor Hammerfell, CotS Usher with Sandy Hair (as vampire), Vampire Dwarf with Blue Beard and Balding Head, Vampire Dwarf with Brown Beard
Based on the title of the strip and the punchline, I for one move that we rename "CotS Usher with Sandy Hair" to "No Name" or "CotS Usher with No Name"
I wonder if she's related to Shlubbo Noname-zaki?

I'd suggest "Explicitly Nameless Vampire", as her host may well have had a name. (A relationship, however implausible, may always be assumed if it has not been explicitly ruled out)

Re: Number of Character Appearances VI - Wrecan: "I like counting things"
I haven't really been following this project anymore because the vampires are too much of a pain to deal with, but I have to admit my first thought after reading the punchline to today's comic was "Rich is just messing with you guys now."

But "Durkon" was talking to "Priestess of Hel with Short Hair". :smallyuk:

Well, we already know that she has no name. Just like other vampires.

It's an error. I went back to that strip to see how he looked and didn't actually double-check the name because I was sure I knew it.

I take it these are the first named gelatinous cubes to have appeared in the comic. Quite an honour for gelatinous cubes.

I cannot find the Bag of Tricks Weasel even though we do have the Weasel Eating Ogre. It appears in 144 and 174.
