Yeah, there were a lot of cameos. I tried compiling them for the Character Appearances thread, if anyone wants to go point out anything I missed.

Noooooo! I thought I recognized him hitting on Haley from somewhere, and dug up On the Origin of PCs to see if it was the guy who hit on her in the bar. Coulda sworn it was him, was wrong, and figured I was totally off base. Kudos to you, sir. And rage.

Also, Jones is looking (seemingly) at Rodriguez with...consternation? Annoyance? Jealousy? This greatly strengthens my theory that they are gay. If that's correct, and they are a couple, I like that they work together.

Is that Skeletor, or Xykon dressed as Skeletor?
Curse you black and white artwork!

Re: OOTS Kickstarter Bonus PDFs: The Discussion Thread *Unmarked spoilers*
Personally, I laughed like a loon with the last panel of the story. Massive chase with echoes of the "keystone kops". I was giggling like an idiot for minutes XD
Also, for some reason, I found hilarious the face of Haley when she drinks the poison :) And when Elan is trying to see if there is any poison available left in her mouth... XD XD XD

Re: OOTS Kickstarter Bonus PDFs: The Discussion Thread *Unmarked spoilers*
Loved it! Bit odd to see dead people without Xs in their eyes, but I suppose that would have spoiled the final reveal somewhat...

Loved "Haleo & Julelan"! Out of all the StickTales so far, it's my favourite!

I assume this was to preserve the final joke but is there another reason?
Roy, being a gritty fighter, pays attention to such detail in a tragedy.
Elan, being the hopeless romantic, couldn't bear to have such a thing in happen in a love story. :smallwink:

No idea. But I liked the touch that he was dancing with a fella. It's the attention to detail that other authors might overlook, even in this day and age.

I can't really add anything that wasn't already said (even the Magic reference was pointed out already ), but it was just a really awesome read. Quite easily the best StickTale story so far (at least in my opinion), so I can't wait to see the next one, should you plan another one, and from the intro there should be enough left to tell :smallwink:.
Thanks for a really awesome story!

You missed the reference. She's the daughter of fishermen.

One thing I didn't get - who is the moon, and why does he see everyone naked?

The moon is out at night when people are in bed. Asleep, or otherwise. :smallamused:

I must have spent ten minutes trying to figure out why he was dressed as Superman.
Loved... well, the whole thing, really, but especially the "Princess" of Blood. "Do not fight, tiny people!"

So, he can see through walls, or curtains? Doesn't make sense.

It's a joke. You might be overthinking it. :smallwink:

“The firſt thing we do, let’s kill hug all the Lawyers.”
Thank you, What-Durkon-Called-Nale Butcher. (No, seriously, that’s the character’s name. Check it out. 2 Henry VI, IV. ii.)

Re: OOTS Kickstarter Bonus PDFs: The Discussion Thread *Unmarked spoilers*
I've just read the Haleo and Julelan. It was awesome! I've laughed so hard through the entire story.
"Gone with the wind elemental" was epic.
Also, I loved to see Fruit Pie, the Sorcerer.
So many character at the party. Awesomely great.
Is that the glass that hurt Sir Thumb?

So was the Hamlet parody was a SSaDT exclusive? I just about had a heart attack reading this quote, thinking I had missed its download (Hamlet is my very favorite Shakespeare play).
I did love this one, though, as well as the twist on the ending. Much more fun than the actual play!

Re: OOTS Kickstarter Bonus PDFs: The Discussion Thread *Unmarked spoilers*
I kinda prefer Miko Miyazaki as Javert, who's actually more of Lawful Stupid than Evil.
"Look Down, Look Down, You'll always be a slave".

Yes, The Tragedy of Greenhilt, Prince of Denmark was in SS&DT. And excellent.
And agreed. I enjoyed this far more than I ever could enjoy the original.

Re: OOTS Kickstarter Bonus PDFs: The Discussion Thread *Unmarked spoilers*
Oh man, that was so astoundingly good. I was never a fan of Romeo and Juliet (in fact I kind of hate it). When I got to "I'm about to seize control and I think I like it" my brain just about imploded, I was laughing so hard. And V's dying speech. I think those were my favorite parts but it is hard to say, since I was laughing so hard through the whole dang thing.

That was fantastic. The Empress/Princess is always a delight, and the puns. Dear merciful gods, the puns.

Same here, and also for Thog's speech about giving the nod to the knot  The whole thing was fantastic.

I just want to say:
Tchklgrkickt Q. Mrcchnkonson.
Except that I can't.
Because I'm still laughing.
