I have trouble with the demotivator sites, so I posted the parts here instead. If someone would like to put it together that would be great. Honestly I'm surprised some variant of this hasn't shown up already.

The main character's personality also seems to change once turned female (as well as his sexual orientation), which is weird, and the disphoria seems to come and go. The art is really good (the author pays an artist to draw the comic) and there are some interesting stuff going on in the story, but it seems to be mostly fanservice [goto's note: for example, the balloon breasts which seem to plague every female character in the comic], which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but doesn't seem to me to be a very helpful representation of trans people.

This is pretty much what I think of when I think of a warlord class. Leading by moral and charisma. If I wanna play a support, this is the kind I want to play.

I look at the quotes you gave and all I can think is.
Look at this peanut butter whelp its not what I wanted so I'm going to tell everyone about how I wanted strawberries.
Yeah but you opened that peanut butter, and you should have figured out that it was peanut butter or just stopped eating it if you did not want it. Other people like peanut butter just fine doesn't mean you can go its bad and complain because you wanted strawberries, that isn't how things work.

Hi, this page showed up in our traffic referral statistics. Just some background if you're interested; Exiern has now been running for almost 10 and half years and over 750 pages now. In that time, it's passed through a few different hands in terms of ownership, writers and artists. I won't deny it was more like described in these quotes in the beginning but for better or worse it's changed a lot since the beginning. It's taking a much more serious approach to some fairly complex stories, so there's a lot less clothes shredding for starters. Turning into a more serious drama isn't always in itself a turn for the better but it's certainly always tried different things over the years. Also, the attempts at comedy haven't disappeared, it's also generally accepted that the original writer was just the best at it.
Just a couple of things, the main character's

orientation and gender (as opposed to biological sex) never changed. Make of that what you will.
Anyway, happy to at least try and answer your questions if you have any.
While I appreciate what you're trying to do, this isn't the thread for it. It might be best to make your own thread to answer questions there.
Edit: I'll pay my tax, while I'm here.

As you can also tell, I just arrived here too so I don't know the ins and outs of here in any great detail yet.
Which forum and where would you recommend I repost my earlier post, or even start a new one as you recommend?
Generally, you'd want to make a new thread in the Webcomics forum, unless you specifically wanted to specifically converse with the LGBTAI thread whose opinion was mentioned by goto. To reply to individual posters, clicking the Reply With Quote button copies their text, which can be snipped down in the text editor, and will format them with links to the original poster next to the name at the top of the quote bubble. You may be unable to create a new thread until after posting a certain number of times, which is a recent functionality that was added to cull the number of spam threads overloading the forums.
Be aware that the Roleplaying games forum threads do likely have higher traffic than the webcomics forum, though each have their dedicated posters; in the spirit of this thread, images lifted from the webcomic with no outside context and given humorous titles and witty explanations posted here may* serve as a more effective means of generating interest, though with likely marginally diminishing returns from the peak at initial exposure. Links to the webcomic page from which such an image is cropped could be formatted in the following manner:

Which results in the following format:
A variety of such tools to automatically generate the demotivator from a cropped image and user-supplied text are out there, such as DIYDespair which does host generated images as opposed to other sites which shall not be named. Either way, good luck! It's a large and mostly ambivalent internet out there, and increasing traffic from it is a daunting task.
*Or this could be a ploy to trick an advertiser into using their time for our amusement as opposed to minimizing their time on the forum while maximizing pageviews, but really, if it were, would I add a disclaimer like this?
EDIT: Well, looks like you found the webcomics forum before I finished typing this out. Oh well, price of asynchronous media I guess.

It's a clever plan. Almost as clever as commenting on his comment (or the comment on his comment), so as to subtly tag the thread for one's self without paying their taxes.

To simplify, Grace here was born a weresquirrel and she was later transformed by a power other than her own. That's when she discovered that she could now shift back-and-forth between that new form and her original human and squirrel appearances. Any transformation magic applied on her would further expand her shapeshifting repertoire. She is very powerful now. She is also usually much much more cheerful than on this picture.

They're posting so the thread has a checkmark symbol, making it easier to find when scrolling down the Roleplaying Games subforum, rather than subscribing.

Another way of doing it is to make an intelligent magical trap, and hook it up with a whole bunch of other magical traps and give the intelligent trap the ability to set off all of the smaller traps. (maybe by having it cast arcane mark in some enclosed room, with the other trap designed to set off when it detects the arcane mark). This also lets generations of sparks artificers add little bits and pieces, even if they aren't very high level.

Dungeon Meshi makes for the best demotivators. Every chapter has a few you could make.
