Seriously though, that looks awesome.
I was kind of hoping that we'd see some Mine Little Pony footage in there. It's the thing that makes that game playable for me.
Heh, it's not bad, but there is a link to a full let's play with her there, so I may give that a look.
That would be so much better, yes! That or a changeling. Mimicing powers and all.
EEEEEEEEEEE!
Anyone here ever see the TV show Legend, starring Richard Dean Anderson and John de Lancie?
I was thinking of dipping into the realm of fanfiction and came up with an idea for a short story-- Trixie is having trouble selling seats to her magic shows andis going through a difficult period after boasting has gotten her into troubles. One day she learns of news that she was spotted in a small western town scaring off a couple bandits and decides to find out who's impersonating her.
Upon arrival she meets an inventor pegasus who had heard of her stories and thought to use that to help the town deal with its crime problem. The townfolk are removed from the mainstream world events due to distance so they all think Trixie's boasts are still real and when the bandits return en masse, Trixie and the pegasus have to deal with the problem together.
What do you think of the concept? I thought a little steampunk would make for an interesting pony story, throw some comedy on the side. I figure setting it someplace off in the frontier would be good too, can world build out there without bumping into established places.
I do use homebrew, but did not know of such a luck-based class. I will search for that class because it sounds useful to my purpose. Thanks for the tip!
Sounds about right to me, though evil-Twilight tended to use Necromancy to, uh... "Make" her friends. I was proud that my build actually survived a party of seven 9th-level adventurers for five rounds before escaping. Can't say that much with most encounters I throw at the party. :smalltongue:
Pathfinder is fairly adaptable to 3.5 so no mindedness at all. If I throw in a good Twilight, this pretty much does the work.
Eh, not quite ripe yet. :smallamused:
(Kidding of course, its a fine image)
Oh yes, that is something the game would benefit from, some changeling characters! They are rather cute little bug-ponies.
I haven't, but now that you've gone namedropping I feel I really, really should.
It's certainly a concept. Write it and you'll get a less...unformed opinion. :smallsmile:Quote:

I've got Pinkie and Applejack kinda-statted in PF too, and would be happy to finish them and the rest of the Mane Six should you need to broaden your NPC cast.Quote:

This is one of several things that are incredibly common, that I don't get at all. Seeing a movie/show/whatever just because some particular person was in it... I simply don't understand.
I mean, there are (among the dozen or so I can name off the top of my head) actors I tend to like. I would be quite thrilled if Patrick Stewart were to voice a pony or something, for instance. But looking through his IMDB listing... he's been in stuff for almost fifty years, and the majority of the listings have no interest for me. Some I wouldn't object to seeing, but I wouldn't seek them out.
Holdin' out for a Jennifer Hale pony meself...
I think most of us have heard Eurobeat Brony 'Discord' (The Living Tombstone Remix), but have you heard it Orchestrated?
And if that doesn't work, how about a Slice of Life update?
Also, CHRYSALIS CAN SEE YOU

Rule 34p you know.
Walt Ribiero did Discord? http://i.imgur.com/Dy4NS.png I love that guy's stuff!
Sadly while more plausible also less likely... by my reading of the English VA community is accurate.
Of course, I'll bet you find some that predates DisQord being known even. Along with the glut that miraculously spawned five seconds after the voicing was known.
I'm talking about on a canon one.
So, season 3 is coming in November apparently.
Everypony, please step onboard the Hype Train in a neat and orderly manner. :smalltongue:
Yeah, and it was spectacular! http://i.imgur.com/7Yvwk.png
Exactly. This, at least, is more specific than the "Just wanted to tell you we're not telling you anything, but sometime in the future we'll tell you something" from before, but it's far from satisfying.
I love orchestrated music, and I love vocal music. One of the reasons a good majority of pony music doesn't interest me. However, no vocals on this version makes me sad (and if anyone has any good vocal pony music, feel free to show it if it isn't already on this playlist )
I will certainly brainstorm and start assembling something then!
LOL, was that a Monty Python reference in there with what Mr. Cake shouted? Cause I just saw a MP clip and it was really similar in execution...
Well, I'm going to guess that it'll continue to premiere on Saturday mornings in that mid-morning time area so...? Yeah, kinda hoping for some specifics from them.
Yeah but last we left it was the incredibly awkward 1 pm EST. I either had to get up earlier on Saturdays or have far less time to run errands as opposed to the much more awesome 10 am EST. Add in ponychat and I'd have no Saturday left after ponies.
I understand Season 1 was even screwier then that afternoon time.
Heck come to think of it prime time wouldn't be unthinkable either since this is cable. Though on Mondays could potentially screw over my Adventure Time watching.
Some day, I'll even be on the West Coast at the same time that SiuiS has free time and will be present for the meeting. Some day...
The lack of details pains me. Especially since my prediction of Nov 3-4 is still on the table. Did we ever come up with a prize for the betting pool? :smalltongue:
Now, to state up each of the mane six, who would then be mind-controled by a potent Protean who must be banished from the mortal plane before the party fully defeats the forces of good it corrupted.
......So, can I buy the body of the old one?
First off, so using that orchestra version somewhere. Also, oh gods, that comic.
Woooh, so have they announced when they are going to announce what date the show starts yet?
