This one (by V) is quite a bit earlier.

Re: Things you never noticed
I should have been more clear. What I meant was that Scoundrél calling Elan his padawan could be foreshadowing that he might appear again, because that was a list comparing each character with a Star Wars one.So Julio as his "role" of Obi-Wan would appear to fight Tarquin.

Just to add a little thing, It seems like Blackwing wasn't paying attention to Haley at that moment.

Don't forget that the characters are aware they're in a drawn medium. If something's not depicted, it doesn't exist. So it seems he does have only one ear, hence his being referred to as "you with the ear" and such.

I just noticed that The Chief denies the existence of noses and talks about sniffing pixie dust in the same word balloon.

That the oracle told roy and elan that they would be having a family reunion.

Re: Things you never noticed
Maybe it's already been mentioned, but I was just reading through On the Origin of PCs and noticed that:
Spoiler
Show
Haley's prisoner number on her mugshots in the wanted poster is 24601, that's Jean Valjean's number in Les Misérables!
-
Re: Things you never noticed
Wow, Owan, that is quite a find!

TV Tropes contributers already noticed that.

This is possibly my favorite small detail ever. Gamer theatre geeks are rare.

...
That's it. Rich is officially my God! I'm starting the First Church of Rich right now! Who's with me?
-
Re: Things you never noticed
No, we can't worship a mortal. But Rich is first prophet of the Church of Banjo, most certainly. (Elan is of course High Priest.)
In the words of Kierkegaard (almost): "I believe because it's silly."
Yay Banjo!

Azure city has one orange building, depicted in #317.
Also the boxes with the coffee mix are yellow instead of blue.

That's not a building, it's part of the city wall. It's an art mistake; the same panel is reprised in #401 and the wall segment is now coloured blue.

Vaarsuvius made the packaging. It wasn't something he bought in Azure City.

I know it's an art mistake. Still laughed that i didn't notice it :smalltongue:
Also: bedsheets.

Where did he get the paper for the label? Cliffport?

Re: Things you never noticed
He might just carry some around in case he needs to write a message or scribe a scroll or something.

Re: Things you never noticed
Quarr is on a pike in #634 gross

Re: Things you never noticed
In 367, the officer takes a step back from the cell before asking whether thog was pleading insanity. I thought it was a camera shift till i looked closer.
Also: His eyepatch is the same as right eye's. Not important at all but it's noticeable.

How different could an eyepatch be? I doubt he Spoiler
Show
took the eyepatch from his zombified brothed after murdering him and raising him into an unholy semblance of life
so it's probably not the same one.

No no no no no. Kumo ment that the officer has the same kind of eyepatch as Right-Eye. In fact, Redcloak does not have the same eyepatch as Right-Eye since Right-Eye's was black while Redcloaks is green.

Ugh.
I said 'it's not important at all' SPECIFICALLY so i wouldn't get these comments. i FRIGGEN KNOW eyepatches are too similar for that to matter, it's just something you don't notice if you don't think about. Hell, somebody mentioned Quarr on a stick, which is something easily seen

Re: Things you never noticed
Nale was told about his twin brother by their father. I wonder why he took nale aside and what he told nale. when nale said he had been waiting for that day, I thought he was refering to getting these saps to do his bidding, but he was looking forward to meeting his twin brother and gain vengance. Perhaps the father has an inheritance that was allocated to elan but nale wants to be the inheritor.
Has this theory been proposed before?

Um, come again? Your post makes no sense. Tarquin never told Nale about Elan. When he took Nale aside it was to tell him about the talisman. I really do not understand anything of your post, to be honest. Maybye I'm tired.
