Flight 3 will be a DC 16 check. Can't fail it with a +21 Technology bonus, even if I take the -5 to invent and construct faster, which I will do. Normally it would be 6 hours to design and 24 to build, but with Quickness and the speed boost I believe it's 1 minute to design and 2 to build. If I can take 10 on the check with Skill Mastery then I can knock another two time ranks off, for a total time of 1:12 to design and build. Not sure how many are needed, but I can churn them out pretty fast.
