Squares are 5 feet each. C represents column positions, running floor to ceiling. There are exits at F1/G1 and F12/G12, not that it matters unless you want to retreat. Ceiling is 30 feet high. There's a 10' square tunnel at F6-G6-F7-G7 that goes up another 30 feet.
Starting positions: You pick a starting square in row 1 or 2, I pick a starting square in row 11 or 12, chess style.

I'll start in F10-H12. If you have LOS to that, then you know where I am. If not, then it's time to start this shin dig.

Activate Tattoo of Touchsight.
Maneuver: [roll0]
I now have touchsight to a range of 110 feet. This obviates any need to make spot checks, and bypasses darkstalker, provided LoE can be established. Your location, please?
Re: Test of Spite Exhibition: Lv1 and Phoenix
Crap, E1 then. You can still get sneak attacked if I'm still hidden though, right?
Re: Test of Spite Exhibition: Lv1 and Phoenix
It's like blindsight, but not. I get my dex against you, so no.

How were you hiding in plain sight? You don't have HiPS, and as far as I can tell you were not invisible.

You moved to E1, right? He has full LoS to that space, so you would not be able to hide without cover.

Oh sorry, I've never played a stealth character before, he just died. But if I had used bluff to distract would I have been able to do that then?

You need to have cover to count as hiding. If he did not have touchsight, you could use bluff and then make a break for cover, but you couldn't use it to stand in his LoS unnoticed. What you need to do that is Hide in Plain Sight. The easiest way to get it is via the Dark template, which can be obtained for ~22k via an item in the Tome of Magic.
