Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
"Good, one down. Let's prevent the next two from attacking. Paul and Gerald, have Hardcase and Sparky use Stringshot to hold down the Scyther. Extra webbing on the arms. Don't want to have it slicing free. Romeo, back up when you're done treating it."
-
Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
"You heard Arte, Sparky. Web'em up."
The joltik begins wrapping the scyther, sticking it's limbs to the rest of the body.
"I think if we get them to submit to a new pack it may make this easier."

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
"Webbing may weaken before we can get anywhere with that. Breaking takes time. Quartz is still going to take days or weeks to actually listen to Ethan for any reason other than a fear of me. In the short term, breaking just makes them angry, too.
Plus, the balls generally fail regardless of how happy the Pokémon is in them. I say we're better off breaking them in a gym than out here."

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
Well, your balls generally fail. Hardcase, do your thing.
The Beedrill floats beside its Joltik love interest and String Shots the prone Scyther repeatedly.

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1

Gerald grabs the scyther by the back of the neck gently.
"Calm down before you injure yourself. Who wishes to have this one?"
He holds a ball above it, ready to give it a light smack and catch it.

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
Catch first, distribute later. No real sport in this, but hard to pass up such an asset based on honor, I suppose. We are criminals after all.
Paul chucks a ball at the prone mon. [roll0]

Not bad, girl. Okay, lets finish up here so we can get back to town. Got to be ready for that squirt to call at any time.

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
"Yep. Web up the next one.
By the way, Gerald: I think I'll wait and raise one of King's children. You want a Scyther?" She tosses him the ball and smirks at Paul. There goes your right to call me a hypocrite.

Re: Pokemon Tabletop Adventures: Team Rocket, v 0.1
Once it was webbed up, Romeo healed it and moved away.
'That's me pretty much out of healing for today guys. Maybe 1 more, so try to get it without knocking it out.'
