[Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
This thread is for the more Serious Plots in Nexus that people don't think really pertain to the ACROs or Inside. This is also for fairly longer plots, unlike the Random Places thread.
Rules:
1:Use [Location] Tags
2: If need be, use a [Plot] Tag as well.
3: Each [Location/Plot] is under the owner's control.
4: Play nice.
5: Keep the Drama Low. Yes, this is a serious Plot thread, but please, as rule 4 says, play nice. Just because the Plot is supposed to be serious, it doesn't mean you should take everything seriously.
If you think your plot is rather silly, or aren't sure if it's long enough, try the Random Places and Plots thread.

[Guest House]
Boris tries to enter one of the empty carriages.

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Guest House]
Cathy will step up to the carriage Boris is in!
Less a conscious choice and more 'it's the closest'.

[Guest House]
Ilpholin winks at the guards there for her 'benefit' and sways into a carriage. They're more than welcome to 'search' her thoroughly.
Shameless. :smallyuk:

Wenomir won't have any particular preference for the carriage either and will head into whichever one is still unoccupied. He can't help but be impressed by KR's new outfit... but he's not sure if complimenting it wouldn't end badly for him.

He's from a powerful line, but it's almost a shame he wasn't born a full dragon. Though, I suppose there's something to that man my daughter married; he made a pretty good son after all."
Harnel's hand will reach up t hold Cessie's He's still unconscious, but her touch seems to be having an effect.
[Ellvir Manor]
Cessie switches hand to hold Harnel's while she keep petting him with the other. She smiles gently, giving his hand a squeeze, kissing him on the fore head.
Then she turns her attention back to Gale. "I can't have a dragon child though even if he would become a dragon. You know this." The mage tells Gale, having a suspicion about what this was about.

"And I don't begrudge you that fact. He loves you, as my daughter did with Bastion. That's enough for me. It may not be everything I could have wished, but this is pleasant enough for me. Just... take care of him. He's intelligent, but he inherited his father's level of common sense." Gale smiles
Harnel's eyes start moving. Looks like he'll be waking up in a moment.

Guest House
Adir's around, looking uncomfortable in his heavy winter clothes. Presumably he wasn't able to find Dara. Once the carriages start loading, he looks around for Sakura.

Mia also enters a carriage. MDM in toy version under her arm.
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
"Oh, I have had experienced that sense head on already." Cessie replies with a smile, feeling rather relived.
As Harnel is about to wake up though she just continues as usual with squeezing his hand and running her other hand through his hair.
Of course, Gale might be able to continue her line here anyway... <.<
Guest House
As this player must have missed what Adir did, he will in fact find Dara near the carriages right now, making sure everyone is here. She quickly turns to him if he would approach her though. "Hello Adir, may I help you with something?" She looks rather worn, her otherwise perfect hair slightly out of place.

[Guest House]
Sakura is here! She quickly makes her way toward Adir from behind, and steps up beside him, putting an arm around his waist. "Hey there, handsome. Ready to go?" Sakura asks, her excitement evident. Presumably they head toward one of the carriages.

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
In a sleepy moment, Harnel will reach up and touch Cessie's face, running his own hands through her hair, and there's a kind of joy in his face that can only be described as sublime; He is so in love with her.
It's a moment later that he realizes this isn't a dream, but the real world, and that someone else is present. He doesn't care - he woke up to Cessie. That's enough for now, "What happened? I remember a worm thing... then I woke up here."
Gale stands and looks at the happy couple as she walks out the room. They deserve a few moments to themselves.

"Guess so, yeah. Just wish I had my stuff back... hey, wait, is that Dara?" As he and Sakura step forward, he smiles at their Hestopian guide. "Yeah, I was just wondering where you put my clothes after we, uh, disappeared."

"I am Roran, Head of the Therishein House. Might I ask why you chose this particular carriage?" It seems he's making a token attempt at politeness!
It might have something to do with the massive Wolfen he's sharing a carriage with.
"It was the next carriage in line," Hope says. ""Did I violate a rule? We've tried to be so careful..." Hestopia was so full of rules! >.<

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
Cessie let's him caress her face for a moment before she takes his hand and puts it down on her hip. "Your safe my dragon, we're back at the manor again. Are you feeling okay? The worm is dead... I think, you did good." She smiles again and suddenly lays down next to him. All that emotional outbreaks had started to take out their right. She needed to rest.
Once she had rested she could see Aegnor, she didn't even have enough energy to think about his proper burial now, but it needed to be done.
Carriages
"Oh, yes. The clothes. Uh, well I can probably have them returned to you but not until after the wedding I'm afraid. I could try to arrange for some replacements though if you like... I'm really sorry." She gives him an apologetic look.

Sakura doesn't seem overly concerned. They'll get their stuff back when they get it back. "Don't worry about that, Adir. We'll just get it back later."

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
Harnel will look a bit worried, "What happened after I blacked out? were you hurt at all?"
[Carriages - Roran and the Hunters]
Roran shifts over. why couldn't there be more room in here? "Probably not. I'm just... uncomfortable with people."

Carriages
Terrowin is wearing a set of black robes emblazoned with a white two-tailed scorpion embroidered into their front. Around his neck is a silver chain from which dangles a silver amulet also depicting a two-tailed scorpion. Hanging from his belt is an ornate morningstar shaped to resemble a scorpion's sting. His head is bare, and he's cleanshaven and his brown hair is neatly combed.
He'll try and sit in the same carriage as Kail, since he knows her better than many of the others also present.
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
"I'm okay Harnel." The mage replies with a faint smile as she puts her arm over his chest. "You should start worrying more about yourself so I don't need to worry okay?"
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Carriages]
Boris gives a friendly nod to Cathy as she enters the carriage he was in.
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
Harnel chuckles sleepily as she says that, "It's my duty to protect you, Sia Memamosal. That's never going to change." after a few more moments, he'll drift back into sleep. He probably won't even hear the next thing Cessie has to say.
[Carriages]
Nothing is stopping Terrowin from going into the same carriage as Kail. She's busy fuming at having to wear a dress, and is expressing her displeasure through grunts and curses as she tries to sit comfortably somehow.
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
Carriages
"Try sitting still. It might help." Terrowin's clothing is surprisingly comfortable for formal wear. He also tries not to smile at Kail's language; she looks like such a nice young lady but the language spoils the effect. Fortunately, he's good at keeping his emotions hidden.

"Arright. Don't worry about it, we lost em' in the first place. Thanks, Dara." Adir gives her a friendly smile before attempting to lead Sakura aboard the carriage. He checks to see if anyone else is boarding their particular carriage, and will likely hold the door for such individuals.

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Carriages]
Sakura is easily lead into the carriage. She takes a seat and looks outside. Boy does she look impatient. Nothing she can do about it though. "Hey, Adir. You've never been to a wedding, have you?" She questions curiously.

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
Cessie will just smile at those words and probably fall asleep next to him so they eventually can join the others time line. I'm figuring she'll have to meet up with Simone and bury Aegnor though...
[Carriages]
"My pleasure..." She replies with a bow before turning her attention to make sure everyone are in the carriages once again.

Kathrine was still in her carriage all alone. Her armor made her look like a man so points for awkwardness!
She was also in a stoic silentness.

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Ellvir Manor]
Seems like a good idea to me.
[Carriages - Kail and Terrowin]
Kail sits still for a moment, then curses and shifts again, "I can't even sit down properly in this thing! Why the hell do people wear them?!"
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
Carriages
Seeing most everyone seems to have their own carriage available, the stag lets the door shut. He takes a set beside Sakura, attempting to put an arm around her small shoulders.
Adir smiles mildly at the question. "Not like this." He thinks about all the shenanigans, and grins. "Not that there's a whole lot of weddings that turned out like this..."

Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
Carriages- Kail & Terrowin
"I think it's a sexist thing. You know, they're not very practical, so it's saying 'my wife should look pretty rather than work'. At least, originally. That dress, I believe, is supposed to enhance your virtue by hiding your tempting, sinfull body from sight. Which is still sexist. Unless Hestopians really just don't like looking at women." Terrowin's largely guessing.
-
Re: [Nexus] Serious Plots 3 - Too srs for my shirt
[Carriages- Kail & Terrowin]
Kail laughs, "Well, you would be one to know what I look like under all this cloth, wouldn't you?" She still is scowling, but somehow manages to smile at the same time. She still can't find a comfortable spot.
((As a matter of fact, Hestopian clothes for men are as covering as they are for women. They find showing off men's bodies equally distasteful.))
