Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
did she wear a red dress?
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Her dress is red now. I guess she had in inside her after all.

I know, I was trying to make a pun. I withdraw the joke on accounts of not working.

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Are we seeing elf-on-elf murder in the last panel?
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Maybe they figure that the water in the bottom of the ravine will be the safer alternative. There is ALWAYS water at the bottom of such a ravine. Strangely enough they usually contain tall waterfalls downstream as well.

Yeah, it was a little unclear. It took a second look for me to realise what's going on: Whatsisface is holding onto Thingamabob to try to stop him from falling off - their expressions are fear and strain, but not of each other, just the fall. Whatsisface sees what the ape did, goes "up here's way too dangerous...", and shoves Thingamabob (to his surprise) off to comparative safety before following.

After this, Cadugan will always be whatsisface to me...
Edit: and you were obviously right, whatsisface was saving thingamabob. In hindsight I should have seen it, but my dislike for thingamabob clouded my judgment. Hope he hits a rock...

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
10gp Mags will get there first

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Maybe it'll be Glon, or his wife. :smalleek:

thanks a bundle

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
You're welcome. It's not that far a stretch. I mean Lucas has slept with Cadugan who has slept with Wolf who has slept with Glon... :smallwink:
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Uh... I'm hoping it'll go more:
Them: "We're here to rescue you!"
All: "Yay!"
Them: *go to take off the blindfold*
Lucas: "Wait wait wait! Uh... make Cadugan do it."
Them: :smallconfused: "oooookay..."
Cadugan: *takes off blindfold*
Lucas: *stares at Cadugan*
Lucas and Cadugan: "Mmoomnoommlurmslurpkissynoisesnoommoonsmack"
Everyone else: :smalleek:/:smallyuk:/:smallredface:/:smallamused:
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
Yeah I hope so too, but what do you think the author is going to do for a laugh?
"Oh the dumb one!"
Poor Lucas, everyone makes fun of his dump stat.
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
If it's going to be a joke it'll be the freak-show hybrid that led them into this valley who pulls the blindfold off.
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
What if he sees them all at once? :smalleek:
-
Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
He might feel a bit torn about that. But if he's smart he'll close his eyes and warn them when he hears them.

That's the reasonable thing to do. But after 10 minutes he starts to lose his will, so it's possible that he can't think that logical and just wants to hump the next available person.

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
maybe it will be Patchy he sees first, and he's to much even for the magic powder to handle - spell broken
otoh, they might get there before the powder actually works too

I did, though I forgot that Megs (Meegs actually) was her boss not the apprentice :smallconfused:

Spider-eyes? Somehow I feel there's a connection between Arachne and Meegs Zara.

Re: Yet another fantasy gamer comic: discuss
I prefer Creepy Eyes.
Also, is that the only time she was name dropped? Over 100 strips ago?

Elves don't frolic in the forest, the trees would get jealous.
