Werewolf VI; The Paladins strike back. (Recruiting)
This is the registration for the next incarnation of werewolf VI.
(V rather long, but fairly important post)
The main twist in this version is that it is "role reversal" no longer are you playing as innocent villagers defending yourself, you are playing as savage wolves trying to root out the threat of the holy. The potential for IC fun is what the main change is in this one.
First up the nitty gritty things that I have to say to make sure this game runs smoothly as possible, this is based on my experience of playing the other 5 and the two werewolf Classics.
1) Due to a few complications, and to stop any near flaming posts, all people who have been convicted of cheating will not be allowed to register this game. I have had conversations on how to fix this, and this seems to be the best way flaming will not have a chance to occur.
2) Cheating in this game will not be tolerated. You may have OOC alliances, try and press information from people, say you are something you aren't etc. What is NOT allowed is having two accounts, viewing someone else's PMs, being omnipresent.
3) Due to the second account issue Death holds the right to bar one to enter the game. Alarra has offered to check up best she can, but unfortunately you may find yourself barred from this game due to past actions in other game. If you are new and just trying wishing to play, I apologies, and suggest mafia by the wonderful Gez, Paranoia by Korith or Werewolf Classic by Lucky.
4) All PMs I send out shall be viewed in the first post of the start of the game. This is to stop meta-gaming.
5) There shall be an alpha-wolf like being, where I roll a dice equal to the number of players to determine his/or her identity. I think that this is the best way since it will make sure that the "alpha" can chose their pack and there should be less chances of the wolves missing hits.
6) The "fool" will get an answer that is equal to those left. Say there is 6 villagers, two wolves a devil and the seer left. There is a 60% chance he/she will see a villager, 20% for a wolf, and 10% for both the seer and devil.
7) All roles besides those the "alpha wolf" pick as his/or her's pack (in this game the Warlord) shall be chosen by randomly rolling of dice.
8) Days and nights will go for EXACTLY 24 hours each. Even if I am not there when it happens they have finished after that time has finished. I shall update as soon as possible afterwards. If anything drastic appears in my life, say an alien invasion, I shall extend the day/night by 24 hours.
9) Those not posting for two days shall be torn apart by the wolf pack (auto lynched). Also you should view this game as if you will get a villager role, this one does have a twist, but you should be able to play all the way through no matter what role you get. Please don't join if you are likely to rage quit, or get bored.
10) To stop as many people being torn apart due to inactivity I will have four days (two nights and two days (24 hours each)) running before the roles are given out. In this time you pick which town to attack by the forum of voting for one, at night the town will kill some random NPC wolves. Nothing serious, and nothing that will affect game play later. It is just those who do not vote in that time will be "inactivity" torn apart before the roles are given out. This is to stop the devil forgetting he is playing etc.
11) I think ten is all, but I may add more if anyone has another point to make.
Now that is over the way I should set the scene for what exactly is werewolf VI's twist. A few may have guessed by reading above, or even the title may have given it away.
You belong to a wolf pack, you have terrorized nearby villages for a long time, but a few of the villagers have sent for aid, and their call has not gone unheeded....
That is the basic setting, and a more detailed intro shall come into play when the game starts, as for now there is the roles:
Team PALADIN: The team send in one pm through their spokespaladin, and the target they pick shall be smited during the day.
Warlord and the grand master of the knights templar (alpha wolf): You have been chosen by the council of thirteen to lead an small strike force of crusaders in to crush the wolf menace. You get to chose your fellow crusaders.
Seer (devil): You were the grand adviser of the Kingdom, and served in a golden age for many years, called out of retirement to take your job as the guardian of your people once again. You receive accurate scryings on those you wish to see their true threat.
Arch Mage (witch): You are sent as the representative of the council of thirteen, you are partially responsible for the idea of how to stop the wolves from transforming. You are the arch mage of the illusion and can make one appear as one is not, and blind the moon's eye.
Crusader (wolf): You are one of the knights templar and your job is to guard your warlord and the arch mage as you attempt to strike down the wolves.
Team WOLF PACK: You all vote on who to tear apart at night time, the crusaders get to vote here as well though.
Wolf (villager): You are a bloodthirsty wolf, who is out to try and cleanse the village of the paladins and restore the pack to it's former glory of terrorizing the neighboring villages.
Tyrants (lovers): You plan to take over the pack, the alpha wolf is getting old, you both share the ideals, and are willing to steer this pack in a new course. If one of you die the other will die as well, as you both will fight with each other for a more blood filled tomorrow.
Devil (Seer): You can see into the moon and see past any tricks to see who is truly who. You get the correct answer as to who you look into, unless they are being covered.
Demon (Fool): You are the choatic demon who can't actually see using the moon, yet you think you can never the less. Randomized scrying.
Bloodthirster (Hunter): You can kill three men in a single swipe of your claws, and are the champion of the pack, if you are smited or voted to be torn apart, you can take someone down with you.
The Mad Wolf(Illusionist): You are a wizard who dabbled into my practical work in werewolves, which drove you a tad insane, and as such can pretend to be whatever you want using past shadows of your power.
The Beast (Baner): Your genes are faulty, and even without transforming you are a muscle bound beast, who delights in pain and suffering. Not even the bravest heart can stand up to your stare, as they can see that you have seen more pain than one should endure. You can make sure that any person gets protected for one day.
The Clan of the Blue Moon (Mason): You are the elite huntforce of the wolves. You have practiced maneuvers together for so long you can recognize each other even in your unchanged state.
I may edit the above if I have forgotten something, but hopefully all is well, and this game should go very smoothly, with people having as much fun as possible. Mainly since there is no chance you will get a villager, you can all act like wolves and no one will lynch you because of this.
Hope this game goes well.

I believe me being in every werewolf game (apart from the one I hosted poorly, sorry about that Kantur) since number 2 will easily explain why I am going to play this with a lot of enthusiasm!

*steps up, looking around nervously* Well, the last few games haven't gone well... but if Death himself is in charge, I guess it deserves a chance. When is this one going to start? While WWCIIpII is still in progress? Or after? Either way... I'm in.

Well, I may start this one sooner than expected since Werewolf V seems to be taking a while to update (I think ol' Deckmaster may have wanted to get a co narrator...).

Re: Werewolf VI; The Paladins strike back. (Recruiting)
Ok say someone is a 'villager' role i.e. they are just a wolf on team werewolf, and not on team Paladin.
When roleplaying in the thread do they act like a wolf acting like a villager, or do they act like a wolf?
And thereby how would people on team Paladin act?
*is all confused*
