Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
I have an idea for a comic. It involves a group of adventurers, that are oppisites ( no suprise there) the party includes
-Laetak, the elven druid. She is a pacifist and is humorous. She wishs to keep the amount of people she has to kill as close to zero as she can.
-Led stone rage, dwarf barbarian. As Lae's oppisite, he feels the primal forces ans wishes to destroy anyone who might as well farts in his general direction. He is a no nonsesne kind of guy.
-Gausra Baenafin, drow paladin of Maerro the god of justice and retribution. He is true to his alignment of lawful good without becoming lawful stupid. He wishes to help those wo cant and will sometimes give his reward to his fellow party member, being the complete opposite of greedy.
Scoss, chaotic nuetral halfing rogue. Again total opposite of gaus. He puts money and xp infront of everything else. If the druid has to lose a couple hitpoints for him to get 1 more gold coin, he will take thatgold coin. ( what the druid can heal her ownself)
their main enemy is the tielfing cleric of Skamos, god of destruction and daemons. She wishes to turn the continent into a burning mass of land, inhabinated by daemons and the servants of said daemon. She residesin an underground temple filled with golems, traps, and other things.
thoughts?

Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
Have you considered inkscape?
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
tried it. My computer does not like to work with inkscape
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
think it should stay comic or go back to print?
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
You could try, but I suggest either getting an avatarist to do the art for you or practice paint a little while.
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
looks like I am gonna have to get good at paint. or if an artist wishes to help you are more than welcome
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
I'de be happy to illustrate. :smallwink:
I'm hoping if I don't have to write it myself it will be easier for me.

welcome aboard!!

Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
Pm me some character details. Nothing like way complicated, that's the main reason I only make avatars for people very rarely.

Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
Alright gaus is basically what he is in the picture.only I am changing the color to a dark yellowish color.
the halfing wears a purplish tunic with standard brown pants. he wields a scimitar and has no hair
the elven druid has long blond hair with a dark green dress she has a staff with a purple gem in the shape of a star.
the dwarf is in hide armor. He weilds a great axe for barbarians like things. he has a bright green mohawk. of course its for a joke

Just a little something I've been working on in the background when I'm not doing Darklord's Echoes.
Sneak peekin'.

Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
oh the chest. why do I keep saying tunic?
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
I'm giving him a little paladin trinket, what color Gem should the necklace have? Or should I get rid of it?
And does he have hair?
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
he does not have hair and the trinket color will be light blue
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
Skin colors, eye colors, scars/tattoos? Little more detail please.
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
the druid and the halfing are white. the drow is the standard color for dorw, and the dwarf has the skin color of durkon I guess since I am not an expert on skin colors for dwarfs.

Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
Would anyone like to suggest a plot for me? I'm making a comic about an elven wizard, a human cleric, and a dwarven archer.

Said adventurers finish an adventure, and they find some lamp or other such summoning instrument. When the being is summoned, three wishes are granted. They each take one. Said being is, to be frank, a bastard, and also a literal genie, so takes everything they say at the exact face value. The quest revolves around fixing everything.
A little cliché, but then clichés are only there because they work.

Eye colors, scars/tattoos? You didn't fully answer the question.
EDIT: Can Scoss have a bandanna?
EDIT EDIT: So far:
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class

-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
What color eyes do they have and do they have any scars or tattoos?
EDIT: What does the teifling villain look like?
-
Re: Our Comic Lab in the Playground: An experimentation class
gaus has lavendar or purple depending on what you have
Leataks eyes are light blue
the dwarfs eyes are hazel and he has a scar going through his right eye
scoss's are brownish
The tiefling has red skin andis wearing some chain mail. She has a head piece with a skull in the middle of it. She has a mace and red eyes. stereotypical devilish demon lady cleric deal
