Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Guest comic, eh?
Well, I'm not currently on an update schedule, so…
I'll see if I can get around to one.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Oooo, I'm glad I sat down and read this.

How can a pair of brothers have two male ancient ancestors? :smallconfused: :smalleek:

no one said Fredius and Philius were brothers. :smalltongue:
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Well I don't think they're father and son either.
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
I meant maybe there not related >.<
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Yeah, ok... I choose to accept that explanation without digging any further. :smalltongue:
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Well, it's probably about a 1000 years between the pairs (and atleast 40 generations), so no doubt their lines might have joined again. Nothing dirty about that.

Yes but they are Greek, so if ones older than the other.:smalleek:
EDIT: Or are they Roman, were the Romans still into that kind of stuff?

Whine, berate, and plead, and ye shall receive. :smalltongue:

Now, who here got the reference?... :smalltongue:

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
No idea, I think I've heard/read something that said exactly that though.:smallconfused:
By the way, are you running low on ink?

Monty. Python's. Flying. Circus.
Yeah, I think I am... I only just now realized how cruddy the quality is.

That explains why I didn't get it then, I haven't seen Flyin Circus in years.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Haha!
Our demands are finally met!
...
Hm, do you guys think we should form some sort of comic reader's union to guarantee updates?
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Excellent Idea Nevtan. Ill start the thread right away. But where should I put it?
Arts and Crafts or....:smallconfused:
what do you think.
Edit: Ill do it in the webcomics subforum
See you all there.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
I meant it as a joke. I don't think we'd have any leverage over the writers, the best threat we would have is to stop reading and that's not really an efficient counter to someone not making them anymore.
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Well it would be where all the comic writers could announce updates and where all the fans could post requests for new updates if the artist is late. Also the artist could post that there would be no more updates for X days or weeks.
it is a great idea.
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Maybe, I dunno if it should be in Arts and Crafts or friendly banter.
I'd put it in friendly banter and it someone decides it needs to be moved you can ask a mod to move it.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Out, you rebel scum! Out! I will not have my comic be the breeding ground for such insurrection! *shoos away* (:smalltongue:)

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
I thought you were going to start organizing guest comics. :smallconfused: (bump)

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
To answer your question, I don't organize guest comics. I just sit around and wait for them to happen.
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Heh, I didn't mean to have two meanings there, I think you may be a bit paranoid.
Maybe I'll do a comic. :smallamused:
-
Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Well, I can't help but feel the entire purpose of that post was so that you could fit in the (bump) in white text.
But yeah. A guest comic by you would be cool.
