Sorry I can't update today, but I love the feeling of finishing my problem sets a week before they're due too much, and then I have a hockey game to go to in a couple hours. :smalltongue: I'll work on the comic tomorrow.

I would have said pervert, but kneenibble is the much beloved owner of that title, and I would have said slut but that sounds rude and mildly self-deprecating.
I totally know what you mean. A lot of the time, I finish my C++ projects the day they're assigned just because I can. So what if I end up typing three hundred lines of code in three hours and then spend another hour debugging it? It's done and I don't have to worry about it at the last minute like everyone else in my programming class. Nobody seems to realize that it's a lot easier to code things on a Saturday afternoon when you can take as long as you want instead of madly typing as fast as you can at 2AM the night before it's due.
So, don't worry about putting school ahead of the comic, Coffee. Getting your homework done now means you'll have free time later to draw the comic.
I've watched a few episodes - Night Mare Moon 1&2, Discord 1&2, Fall-Weather Friends, the one with the dragon and the one where they play theatre about Equestria's past.
The reason I said Fluttershy is that Lixie blushes when you look at her. I don't think Pinkie Pie knows what 'blushing' means. Edit: Also, I find Pinkie Pie intensely annoying. I don't find Lix intensely annoying.
Coffee would be a good Fluttershy as well. Socially awkward, great with animals, kindness personified. Although she could play Twilight Sparkle with equal ease.
Also, My Little Pony meets D&D 4th edition.
Edit2: Archive binging on My Little Pony and listening to Steppenwolf and AC/DC to recharge my manliness while the new episode loads. I'm going to have some weird dreams tonight.
Le Brohoof. {) (} Fetlock edition.
In other news, I totally appoint Coffee as a candidate for Fluttershy in the Playground.
Yeah, Friendship is Dragons is great, isn't it? I need to add that to my RSS feed, I think.
I think he should us ethe edit button, for one.
edit: and for two, so should I, looking at that typo.:smallannoyed:
Sorry about the delay; here's the comic!
#174: Oscillating Wisdom Score
Wait, isn't wisdom the Cleric ability score? Shouldn't she have seen through Johan? :smallconfused:
I wonder what's going through her mind right now...
I hope she doesn't learn her lesson this quickly.
I mean, on one hand I really do.
But from a storytelling point of view she shouldn't just go 'Huh. You're right.' And turn around.
Hmmm.
I'm hoping a little ray of light has touched an otherwise darkened corner of our little cleric's brain. I also think Preacher Clark is going to be having a very close look at Johan's activities....
I was bored and spent a lot of time looking at past comics with Janine trying to get some possible details of Johan, but the only thing I came up with is that Johan is most likely human. I say this as when Team Gale meets Ethan, Radic asks if Ethan is the Johan fellow, and Janine says no. So that *seems* to rule out Johan being an orc, but you never know. If I am correct, that means Janine has more than one part to her backstory that we will eventually see (hopefully).
We've got a name for the nameless guy!
...Did something else in the comic happen besides that?
I'm kidding, I'm kidding! Just a little nitpick - Janine's mouth doesn't appear to be open in panel 3. It looks a little weird.
Fantastic, deep, comic. Good job.
I like it. But it'll take many, many months of therapy to undo the damage Johan did.
In other news, does anyone think that this comic might have made Janine realize, at least a little bit, that her physical attraction to Lloyd doesn't necessarily mean she "loves" him? Since there is literally no way Janine and Lloyd can end up together without getting time travel, hypnosis, or the Belt of Gender Changing involved, this kind of development would be the easiest way to end this one-sided relationship without completely destroying Janine's self-confidence.
At least, we can now assume that she'll know how love works a little better if/when her soulmate shows up. Her character development may not be instantaneous, but the comic is a long ways from being over - her next romantic relationship could easily be a healthy one.
Ugh, I just had a really weird but not outright repulsive thought...has anyone ever considered Janine/Miles shipping?
I'd just like to say I've been reading this for some time, and having made a forum account, would like to express my gratitude for a brilliant read.
Let's see
Radic and Matthew (Couples now)
Now Llyod's and janine is still single!
