Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
In his room, a somewhat confused looking Czernov is searching through a variety of cupboards with a hint more confusion that the kind he is most typically afflicted with. For, good fellows, this is no damn science equation issue.
Where the hell is my jacket... :smallsigh: Meanwhile, the open window lets fine, cool air, into his bedroom.

Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
"Alek? Good gods..." His voice trailed off. Alek had been a threat to Melody, and Melody was gone.
And then he remembered that he was still speaking in Peter Raven's voice. "No, it shouldn't be possible. I'm sure he was lying."
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
There's a knocking on GLoG's door.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Alexis heads out of the kitchen to go answer it.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
She will see Wenomir, whom I'm not sure if she's ever met, behind the door, looking at her sternly.
Good day. May I speak to one of the officials?
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
I don't think she has...
She opens the door with a smile. Everyone wants to see them these days. Why do you?
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Well, he's a tall, athletic man with scarred face, red eyes and simple black hair, wearing scale armor and a black cloak, with a large sword swung over his back. His expression is serious and grim.
I have something to discuss with them concerning Calublufiok. And Czernov.

Well, DC knew already. :smalltongue:
Right.
DC still seems rather uncertain, though. Probably since he's seen the supposedly impossible happen before...

Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
She sighs and steps to the side. The drones might know where people are you want to talk to.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
I know. I used to be a member here. Wenomir steps inside and inquires the nearest drone: Can you take me to Czernov, DC or Chelonie?
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
The nearest drone leads him to Czernov, who's actually walking that way, now.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Alexis waves cheerfully to Czernov while she heads into the kitchen.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Hello, Czernov, Wenomir says. He's not sure if the madman he met in the Taverna was indeed Czernov or an imposter.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Waving to Alexis, Czernov nods to Wenomir. How can I help you?
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Few reasons bring me here. The most important one is Calublufiok's return of course, but I'd also like to inform you, in case you don't already know, that there was a man who looked exactly like you in the Taverna. He seemed quite insane.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
.. Exactly like me? :smallconfused: Czernov asks. Before blanching.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
[Gazebo]
"Do you have a plan yet for how to deal with the lich?"
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Thinner and less muscular, but otherwise, yes.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Magtok walks right into GLoG, half-expecting another person there to whine about him supposedly being dead, and half-expecting something incredibly violent and smelly is going to go down something instead, whilst his reanimation goes unnoticed.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Well. That could mean several things, yes? Czernov says. He's really gone a most peculiar shade of white.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Wenomir squints as he thinks.
None of them is pleasant.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Butler goes to put a notice on the bulletin board before returning to the coffin in the Rose Garden that holds Corentin.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Magtok might run into Alexis. If he does, she might just snuggle him! I mean...She'll give him a cheerful wave.

No. None of them. :smalleek:
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Wenomir sighs and shakes his head.
I swear that they must have planned it out in advance. First Magtok, then Calublufiok and now, apparently, Alek.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Let us not jump to conclusions, eh? Czernov says, his normally studied tones shivering, slightly. It might not be Alek! It could be an illusionist, or a demon, of some kind, impersonating me...

DC shakes his head. For actually stopping him, no. What we do know, now, is that he has a pair of artifacts on him that are said to let him 'change fate'. I'd say getting those away from him is the top priority now.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
We can rule out demons, says Wenomir, and fiends of all kinds, as I'd have smelled it. Though yes, it's not necessarily Alek. However, he seemed to know me and the fact that I left GLoG.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Someone knocks on the door of the base.
-
Re: GLoG XXXV: There shall be happiness!!!
Right. Right. In his head, Czernov screams out for DC, sincerely hoping that the telepath is listening for such thoughts.
