Unless they plan to sell them how is that an issue? I mean, I know it's a case-by-case thing if you're allowed to what kind of fan-works and what for, but I can't imagine OotS being one of the things that'd send you Cease and Desist letters for uploading, say, notebook doodles of OotS characters...
