Once the others have gathered in the meeting room, John will address the others. "I suggest we attempt to subdue this pyrohydra we are about to face. It can only be truly hurt by cold, and we have precious little of that to go around. At least if we can knock it unconscious we have a better chance of putting it down. It breaths fire and has six heads. Sounds like alot but if we work together this will not be hard," as he finishes he takes a seat in the floor and waits for the others to respond.

Bourbon moves back 30 ft to U29
John, knowing that a quick death will either meet him or the hydra, charges up to AD26 and attacks the hydra.

Also, accounting for it's cold vulnerability, we've dealt (33+6+4+16) 59, or 43 after fast healing.
The Pyrohydra keeps its eyes on everyone so as to avoid a surprise...
All within a 20 ft radius of the Pyrohydra take [roll0] points of fire damage as all of its heads spew cones of flame at once... you all get reflex saves (DC 18).
Only john is within 20 ft of it, My missile saved Vaarth. Quick, John, Evasion to Flawless Victory!
As the fire from the beast begins to subside, Bourbon sees an opening and rushes forward again. Once more activating the arcanist's gloves, he shoots forth another small orb of freezing cold at the creature's heart.

accounting for it's cold vulnerability, CMT just did 34 damage.
putting it at -11 hp. If it gets up, someone is manipulating the arena match. (Unless that's just the missile knocking it down and it getting up)
Plus, John Vaarth and colt act before it's fast healing acts the second time.
Also, does not john have evasion, making the 1/2 damage 0 damage?
SpoilerI think what he was getting as is this: Did it fast heal as a free action, or did you fall down and do that on its turn, thus granting vaarth, John, and colt attacks while it lies there unconscious for a moment?
Either way, John is up. And gets a AoO when it stands up.
