Selling a Deck of Many Things

So, with my party destroyed by the deck and my Bard (the only one who didn't draw) the only survivor, I now have this evil-ass artifact on my hands. His first instinct (being a chaotic neutral bard) is to sell it, but considering the fact that it is a minor artifact I figure I can get a good price for it. Where should I try looking? Mages? Kings? Liches? I considered trying to find a metallic dragon who'd be willing to strike a deal to add it to his hoard.

Or is a Deck of Many Things just too awful for anyone to want?
