Hehe a couple more excellent strips since I last checked. Why do I get the feeling the ships captain isn't quite all that he appears?

Hehe a couple more excellent strips since I last checked. Why do I get the feeling the ships captain isn't quite all that he appears?
Because if he was, then it would be a much less interesting plot?
Its a basic rule of all fictional universes; if its charming or appears utopian, then its powered by evil.
Examples;
- Every other episode of every series of star trek (and spin-offs)
- Any vaguely useful D&D artifact
- The cakes I bake (I keep burning them)
^ You can make utopian-appearing burnt cakes? Sweet. :smallamused:
...Dave... *snickers*
You know i think this ship thing might be a very bad idea...
I can't wait to find out who said that black speech bubble. You know, the one reserved for lichs and vampires? I wonder how long until Zarah shows us who that is?Yay, my first post on Anti-Heros!
Anyone have a good guess what type of undead it is?
I bet its some rare type that we never would have guessed...
Unless Zarah wants us to belive its some rare undead and its really the most sterotyphcial undead we can think of.
Or wait mayabe its not a undead after all!
It could be a gigantic god-killing demon that has manipulate every event in the entire comic!
Yes of course! it all makes sense now... Aldran is really Neo that is send from the matrix universe to kill this demon before he ca....
It was a good comic today.
Perhaps it's not undead, but some sort of brain in a jar...
lol...
Out of curiosity, is the wizard who is the airship based off Junior from 1/0?
Heres a link.

Every time someone mistakes a pop culture reference for a reference to a webcomic which also made said reference, god discredits a trope.
Please think of the tropes.
A god makes sense.
I think...
Oh man. That Space Odyssey reference cracked me up!
Also did anyone else notice that Morty is just like Aldran in that he has great potential at a young age (or at least that's how I imagine Aldran.)
great comic keep it up
Just thought I should tell everyone that Thursday's update may be late. I have a bazillion and three things due this week, but at the latest, it'll be up Friday night.
In the meantime...
Issue 56: Semantics
Awesome comic...
"Wait, Aldran wears a hood?"
Classic
Wait, there's a new comic up?
One of the best so far, in my opinion.
I bet my soul that that Aldran and "Morty" Estilla know each other due to some weird, nostalgic memory from their childhoods.
It is HAL! Love the reference.
and another awsome comic from the master
Wooohoooo new awesome comic up!
Man, Lana hasn't had a speaking role for quite a few comics now...maybe she should have a fight with Keriss for stealing all the female lines?
17/10 win points!
Back when I was a teen, I wrote a comic titled Insanity! It never got published, but I'd regularly show it to my friends and whatnot, and they'd laugh.
One of the characters was a dark hooded figure. He never took off the hood. You never see any bit of him, just the hood. I even made a joke of it once, where the main character goes to the barber shop to get a haircut, and in the background, the hooded figure is in one of the chairs, telling the barber, "Just a little off the top."
That comic reminded me of the good ol' days.
Oh, and he also couldn't laugh evilly without catching fire. And he's got a squirrel training as his apprentice.
I must say, this is a funny comic.

Needless to say, I found the most recent quite amusing.
I now say to you Zarah, this comic very well COULD be the best webcomic in the history of webcomics (Yes, maybe even passing Oots. Maybe.)
I am so amused with this comic I shall do what I have never done before.
I shall click the "Thumbs up" icon.
Wait, don't vampires, ghosts and outsiders not need sleep? Cloak-guy would be the only one who needs a room (as far as we know)....
