I'm not as good as the others, but I want to try making oots-style dnd stuff myself, so I tried filling out one of the things on the wishlist, undead.
The zombie. Hope it's good enough. Bald, because I don't know how to do hair on inkscape :p
Here's my first crack at this... A female Githzerai warrior (category: humanoid).

Nice work, folks! It is pleasant to see one of the actual Undead used in the strip, PINfont; it seems to make the whole enterprise more legitimate, somehow. Heh, Benjuri, my Githyanki up there had better watch out; your Githzerai looks like she could easily beat his bony butt!
Here is my attempt at another one from the original Monster Manual, the Groaning Spirit or Banshee, described as “the soul of an evil female elf.” Pretty scary stuff, eh, kids?
Hey all,
I apologize for the glacial speed of my updates. Thanks for hanging in there and posting some new art. I'm still extremely grateful that people are creating art to put into the library. Great stuff, guys!
Thanks!
Dakaran
New Update! The previously posted images have been added to the lot and I've now got a new feature, the all-in-one download for the D&D images. At the top of the post where the art is, I've now linked to a ZIP that I've shared via Google Documents that includes all 94 current images from 10 different artists (I've got a breakdown of artists on my edited post by the link). For ease, I'll include the link here too: Version 1.0
Edit: Oh and Tannhaeuser, you've contributed by and far the most images to date with over 27% of the collection.
Woo for the update! This is such a cool project. I'm working on a few others - somewhat more natural beasts since my campaign is going through a very primal area. Look for a panther and possibly a displacer beast (aka panther + tentacles) sometime in the future. Of course, I can palette swap the panther to be any other kind of cat.
Heh, okay, I’ll quit — but I was on a roll.
don't quit!
Here's my semi-serious panther/black cat, and an equally benign displacer beast
Panther
Displacer Beast
I can tweak as needed - i think that the scaling didn't work out as well as I hoped.
Did someone ask for more undead?
I'll post individual images to the thread in a little bit.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this, but I've delettered the werewolf.
Thanks, guys — it’s gratifying to know you like my hateful, bloodthirsty, and poorly-conceived lot of vile fiends. If you folks want me to stomp the competition, I’m game. Attack, my outdated legions! I guess I will continue by depicting the vilest, cruelest, most repulsive monster of them all:

Okay, I'm slowly going to start uploading the art I've already done again. Here is the Spawn of Kyuss:

Thanks everyone! Sorry for the delay. I've added the displacer beast, panther, and spawn of kyuss to the collection on page 1 as well as added them to the downloadable ZIP.
In no particular order...
1. Naga
2. Lizardfolk
3. Homunculus
4. Grimlock
5. Bugbear
6. Derro
7. Succubus :smalltongue:
8. Cockatrice
9. Manticore
10. Shield Guardian
11. Hippogriff
12. Satyr
13. Rakasha
14. Medusa
15. Catfolk
16. Sprites
17. Xorn
18. Golems
... That ought to give you something to work on.
By the way, can I use some of these for my avvie?
Not particularly good at making these, but I had some time to spare. Probably needs some work though.
Catfolk -

We crossed the 100 monster mark with Rallicus's catfolk. I added the image to the main library on page 1 and included it in the ZIP download. Thanks again everyone!
Thanks for the want-list, Eonas!
Good question. As for using these for an avatar, they are not intended to be used as such as this isn't an adoption thread. However if you wish to contact the artist responsible for the image to see if they'd allow it then I imagine that would be fine.
Thanks!
Dakaran
My next 2 that I'm going to be working on are Gnomes and Fomorians. This will be a challenge ... I'm not too good at humanoids.
edit: i should say, 4e style gnomes, not like David the Gnome
I'm gonna make some, use them if you want. Or not.
Here are some drow.Spoiler
Here's a halfling.
And an undead.
Oversized, sorry. I'll fix them sometime. *shrug*
nice Dark Elf Bard!
Wanted to post my myconid and tiger
maybe will post others animals later.
i really like your project. Keep it going.
at the end i would suggest you relase something similar to this guy
Thanks Dark Elf Bard and snusnumrik! I'll make a true update when I find some actual time in the next couple days. I definitely appreciate the contribution!
Thanks!
Dakaran
Did someone ask for a Xorn?
So I know I haven't updated in a few days. Just throwing a little update to say that I'll be working to make nice print-and-play sheets of these images so that people who want to use them in hard copy form can just print and cut and not worry about editing/sizing/etc and just have ready to go minis.
Hey Dakaran- feel free to include our Dragonborn "Caster" from the Red Hands game. I think that it could work for any Dragonborn staff wielder.
Here's my attempt at a Fomorian. Yes, I took an existing Goliath drawing (credit to Tomb_Raven) as the inspiration and redrew trying to make it more lumpy and misshapen.
I'm open to suggestions - humanoids are apparently not my forte.
Dakaran, or someone else, I don't have the time to resize my stuff.
However!
You are perfectly welcome to.
