Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
Doesn't mean you can't be a beautiful assistant! Haven't you heard of bishonen? Or yaoi?
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
...I hear of them, and want to scrub them from my mind. Sorry.
(No, I do not support that stuff.)
Anyways... Grim doesn't strike me as into that stuff either.
(Next topic, please...)

EVERYONE! In a disaster of cataclysmic proportions!

Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
The narrator. That guy's been tempting fate far too much.
Also, 3 GP on meeting Silv if they ever go to Heaven.

Those kinky, kinky paladins.
Okay I had my fun. Moving on.

Rabbit or Nil, one of the senior paladins making a sacrifice to save the young ones. Classic trope but alway good when well done.

Fits more with Nil's character. Rabbit seems more likely to switch sides.

That's a bit harsh. She may be Lawful Lawful, but she wouldn't turn on them.

First, this is Demon King Mangosta talking. Of course he's harsh.
Second, what if the paladins aren't lawful enough? She could be like the opposite of Grim, but still their enemy.
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
Both true.
I of all people can see why obsessive neatness and perfection could cause evil.

Sigged. :smalltongue:
But I was referring to story Rabbit's obsession with tiny flaws. She's the type of character that would feel frustrated a lot of the time with her peers' shortcomings. This is just practicality. RL Rabbit never would have gone to the academy at all. :smalltongue:

"YOU ALL FAIL."
Yup. If I'mma be lawful, I'mma go all the way with it.

Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
I just realised how a Rabbit vs. Bis fight would go.
Bis: You were 0.05 mm out. That's how I blocked you.
Rabbit: :smalleek:
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
I'unno, if that happened, PA IC Rabbit would likely either make Bis marry her RIGHT THAT MOMENT or lose it and kill Bis in cold blood.
I'm finding myself amused at the notion, 'cause I'm far from a perfectionist.

Wait... Is it even possible to be against Bishonen? I mean Yaoi makes sense, but Bishonen is just anime guys who look feminine. Like my dear Kurama of YYH. Drooollll...
Oh you said new topic please...(I refuse to cross out the Kurama comment.

Remember, kids - you can't have "lawful" without "awful".

Technically that's a net gain for Team Good; either Rabbit turns good, Rabbit kills Bis or better yet Bis turns evil and Team Good get to kill them both. :smalltongue:

Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
Although I am apparently a paladin, I refuse to be lawful. I always am and always will be Chaotic good.

Right on.
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
And then here I am, a real-life Neutral Good, borderline Lawful Good person. Is this a rare attribute of paladins in this world?
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
Neutral good is the best good. You can't really be good if you insist on following the law or opposing it, you have to let your philosophy take a back seat to your ends.
-
Re: Paladin Academy: A Playground Inspired Story
Lies, but this thread is not about alignment. Its about paladins.:smallamused:
V-Well, I didn't have time to say "crazy kung-fu paladins with anime powers":smalltongue:

True. But as long as you don't let it get in the way of the Good, there's nothing wrong with a lawful or chaotic disposition.
