*shrug* Maybe. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there just doesn't seem to be a whole lot of material for more than one player.
Also, I'll have to write out my character by hand. No builder. *grumblegrumble* :smalltongue:

Well, were mostly playing 4e with some Magic Sword elements, not straight up Magic Sword.
Oooooohhh, excellent! I made a goblin druid I'm dying to try. What level?      :smallbiggrin:
No idea. That's why I asked the boss what level, what time, and what days.
Hey, um. Mr. Hobbit, I hate to ask, but what is a ravenfolk. I really need more detail. Right now, I am totally confused.
Kenku...
edit: argh ye ninja!
The playtest would feature Level 1 characters, and would happen just over a week from now. The reason we have to wait is because I'm going to be very busy for the next week, and because I need to complete the six core races.
The game would be 4e, but with MS races, the MS combat advantage mechanic, all-new MS monsters, MS surprise round rules, and everyone having 2 fewer healing surges (now once again renamed life points).
Also, it would hopefully take place on a Sunday or Monday, when I have some more free time. Just a simple dungeon crawl written be me.
What day and what time? Also, thanks for the clarification.
Could everyone list their skype names? Mine is Gligarman22.
Darn. Ninja'd. Sorry.
How about classes?
I said Sunday or Monday. Not sure what time. We should decide on something that works for everyone.
No character creation yet unless you want to be human. In that case, go right ahead. The setting is based on Scottish, Irish, and Welch mythology, and you are wandering mercenaries. I want a character of each role, no more than two of any race, and no more than one of any class.
I'll go for any day or time in the evening each week, starting from next. When should I make that character?
Have I been working on schedule as far as art is concerned? Also, will the skype be IM or face to face?
I'd actually like to play a Ravenfolk, so I'll wait.
Thanks!
:smallwink::smallredface::smallsmile: It is an absolute pleasure working with you and the Bard.
Right. That will be the next race I build. I may not have it done within the next few days, though. This is because I will have little free time, and less access to the internet than usual.
And it has been a pleasure working with you.
Out of curiosity, has anyone here read Herbert West: Reanimator, or seen the film adaptation?
Less access to the internet? Why? Just curious...
The pleasure is all mine.
*strums a lute*
And nope, never heard of it.
Vaaayyyy-caayyyyy-shunnnnnn!!
Enjoy the trip!
The reason I asked if anyone has experienced the magic of Reanimator is because I think the story would make great RPG fodder. When the Alchemist class is inevitably made, there should be a Reanimator build.
Go watch Reanimator, or read Herbert West: Reanimator. The story is written by H. P. Lovecraft. The story is better, but the movie is quicker and more accessible.
Quick thought...
Laugh if you must...
Isn't a "reanimator" a "necromancer?"
Do we have an IndieGogo page yet?
Not yet. I'm working out a promotional video with Chronoplasm. However, if anyone else would be willing to help, I would give them a digital hug.
Also, we will probably do a few kickstarters. The first will be for as little as $300, just to get some professional artists on board. Later, we will do others to get more art, to hire editors and graphic designers, and to perhaps pay for some advertising so as to expand the fanbase.
Is he an artist, or a video-guy? Also, will it be on his DA page?
