I am horrible at balancing, but I think it looks good.
And you always manage to find the best pictures, Cipher.
Also thanks.
Added ACF's, boosted AC bonus to 10 eventually. noted that Medium (or otherwise) armor made Light still counts as its original type.
Re: [3.5] The Battle Monk
Totally redid Elemental Fist, added Road to Perfection, changed Abundant Step, added a Standard Action Flurry, added Greatest Flurry at lv 20, added a 10ft slow fall at level 1 Stunning fist is altered again, and so is Wholeness of Body.
Re: [3.5] The Elemental Slayer (Monk/Battle Dancer replacement)
Renamed from Battle Monk to Elemental Slayer, to define itself away from the Monk and all the stereotypical Monk stuff, plus I'd imagine many people glazing over the Battle Monk because of the "Monk" thinking "Oh... yet another monk 'fix'".
So in that regard, its now the Elemental Slayer, and I also updated Wholeness of Body and lowered the level on Fist of the Tempest, as well as adding Dual Elemental at 10th and Tri Elemental at 20th.
....
I'm always open to ideas on improvements, even if I don't seem like it sometimes.
Elemental Fist's damage kinda bugs me, but I think I fix'd it up fine.
....
Upped Hit Die to d10. Figure they could use it a bit higher since they only have two good saves unlike they're cloistered cousins.
Re: [3.5] The Elemental Slayer (Kinda like a Monk...)
Very nice class, although this is still a monk-fix in disguise. A very good one though that doesn't get bogged down with the buddhists in their temple. Just gritty thumping the other guy until he dies.
Also, why does a balance argument kick off when you create one of your amazing pieces of homebrew?

Well.. heh, It was outright named "Battle Monk" at first. originally Intended solely as a replacement for both the Monk and the Battle Dancer who individually were lacking.
Then it grew to its own thing. And I renamed it to focus around its Ki-Element.
Thats probably because most classes I make are tier 0-2 I'm told.
Re: [3.5] The Elemental Slayer (Kinda like a Monk...)
This can't break the game, using feats Voidsoul and Tendersoul can break the game, buts that more by the virtue of taking classes for domains to get the game-breaking level 9's.
I think it's because the playground can only handle so much awesome.
Also, I find it somewhat ridiculous that a class that can set fire to their fists is incapable of scaring people easily.
Re: [3.5] The Elemental Slayer (Kinda like a Monk...)
I'm not sure if I'm reading this right, but I don't think that I'm reading bonus stunning fists right.
Would a 16 charisma, level 6 slayer have 40 stunning fists?
24 from bonus attempts, 16 from Slayer level + 10.

The bonus only actually gives around 3, and thats with a 22 charisma. (32 with the +10)
Re: [3.5] The Elemental Slayer (Kinda like a Monk...)
Update and clarification.
I updated Thundering Fists, even after all this time.
And I thought I mentioned this, but shortly after the above fist I realized I was reading the tables wrong for bonus-stuff related to Ki-element and fixed it (I believe...).
This is really old... I wasn't going to post that I changed Thundering Fist (Alternate Feature), but I suddenly feel really bad and stupid that I never said that I read the tables wrong. That's all I really remember... I believe I was reading only the level 1's table, or the Sorcerer's bonus spells but the whole time I was thinking about Psion's bonus power points table...
I would also like to know if anyone has ever test-played this in a game and how that went.
I tried to use it a few times in some games, but those games never kicked off and/or weren't that memorable so I can't remember them at the moment...
