Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Based on my own tracking I'd say there's a 66% chance that Festy is a villain. If he isn't than odds of the other people on my suspect list will greatly increase. I still say we leave Pondshadow until the rest of the villains are dead so we don't end up with 3 or 4 people trying to track down a single villain.

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Uncle Festy as I've said for a while now. But you can bet who I'm pointing at next.

66 %? Really? How do you make that kind of calculation? Sounds very suspicious in my ears.

Here's a tip [name withheld since he hasn't betrayed me yet]. The next time you plan on betraying an ally who doesn't actually have to help you, don't include him in the recipient box. If you do decide to follow through on this betrayal, I feel obligated to inform you of three facts:
1) My role says that I'll survive.
2) Pissing me off like that will eliminate my desire see the good guys win
3) As a result of 1 and 2, declaring me a villain will cost you the game.

Lemme rephrase that. Unless I miscounted, there's 4 unknown villains left, and 6 people on my unidentified list. So it's not so much a 66% chance of him being a villain as it is there's a 66% chance of hitting a villain no matter who we choose.

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
... It's too risky. With the math involved, the obvious choice is removing the obvious villain. Even if it's a day that's stalled, it has to be done at some point.
Pondshadow

Happy Bomb-omb will spare Festy for now and will go for Pondshadow. :smallannoyed:

Pondshadow seems like a good option.

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
(Not feeling creative today. You get silly fluff instead.)
No sooner than did Pondshadow came back, than he was ganged up on by everyone.
"Wait! But I have no powers! You should go after someone else!"
Not listening, the crowd trussed him up and dragged him to a catapult. Nearby, some of the StarFox team had aimed a damaged Arwing up into the sky.
"Well, you know what they say, a bird in the hand..."
They tossed him in the catapult, which subsequently fired him into the air. Taking aim, the Arwing let loose a barrage of lasers, trophy-fying K. Rool on the spot. He fell into the bushes, where there was some strange barking.

*points at Atreyu's fluffy tail for Trix* Who ever said that a personification of death had to be a skeleton? Before you answer: does it really matter?

Am I crazy, or did the bird in the hand just turn into two in the bush?
If so, awesome.

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
(Once again, fluff is fluff. No guarantees on which villains are still alive)
The night was dark, and a hero woke up from bed, hearing something in the darkness.
"Who's that? Who's there?"
No answer.
He got up and started looking around. Spinning around, he thought he heard some footsteps, but there was no one to be found. Fostire started to head back to bed, but he heard a sinister chuckle. Looking around, he still couldn't find anyone. Unless, there was that slightly distorted patch right over...
*pwish*
The distorted patch sprouted a Plasma Sword and dropped his cloak, revealing the Covenant Elite, who dashed forward and skewered Fostire with one stroke.
"So.... friggin... cheep... hurgk! Blaahhhhh....."
---
In the morning, Fostire's trophy was found with a surprised look on its face. Soon Master Hand appeared to take it away, leaving behind another Mario badge...

Truly, perseverance is one of your strongest qualities.
This hasn't always been successful in the past, but I'm going to bring out my character analysis. (tm)
Mordokai is one of the easier players to track. He acts a certain way when he's a wolf, and has certain mannerisms. Usually pretty loud, tries to be in the middle of the discussion, keeps his name out there. Also, when he's a wolf and the tide begins to turn against him, usually we see some sort of acquiescence. I think the fact that Mordokai has been generally very quiet is significant here, and I don't think he's guilty quite yet. But I've been wrong before.
Instead, I'm going to point at someone far harder to characterize, and that's Selrahc. He's consistently been one of the shiftier characters to try and nail down, as he proved even in the last iteration of this game.

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Mordokai it is - for the life of Team Good!

Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
You got the wrong guy people. But... what can I do to make you see that? Nothing much, probably.
I pointed at Fin on day one, even before the wagon on him started. In fact, I was pretty much the one who prompted happy to start a wagon at him, in one of our talks on MSN. Simply because it seemed like a neat idea. On my idea she started a wagon that got us a villain. I didn't want to do it because she's more talkative than I am and I didn't really much cared for this game from start. Still don't, te be totally honest. But hey, it's pretty much over, right? So... *shrugs*
14 players left, 4 villains, 2 neutrals. You lynch me today, villains only need to kill one more hero at night and they've won. Since they probably know the neutrals already and suspect who Link is, there's a good chance they will be hitting their mark. And then it's game over for Nintendo.
Like I said, I don't really care any way. It's up to the rest of you. I'm one of the heroes, but if you want me dead, there's scarcely a thing I can do to stop you.
Pointing at Selrahc. Since right now, he's the closest one to me.
-
Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Actually, come to think of it, Pondshadow DID point at Selrahc. Any point he did would be ignored, so why wouldn't he point at a villain to throw us off?
-
Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Hmm... The Mordokai bandwagon seems to have come from nowhere... However, The Selrahc bandwagon has some sense to it at least.
-
Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Well, I find both Selrahc and Mordokai suspicious, Mordokai since Lex-Kat was and Selrahc for his talking about Andra the night before he was killed.
-
Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
Selrahc, because, you know, there's Logic! behind it.
I think.
-
Re: Universal Smash Bros 3: Heroes' resurgance!
*points at Mordokai*
Cause I like to even up wagons.
