They worked you memorial day? sorry about that-- missed the comic, looking forward to Thursday.
I work at the Zoo, everybody else is off on Memorial Day, and guess where they want to go...
Anyway, I made pictures, now I put them on the Internet for you.
Do they speak Vague in What?
What's wrong with his face?
Hehe, nice reference in the title. :smallwink:
wow.... She wasn't kidding when she wondered if this would be the end of her life as she knew it. Giving a speech over the radio during a riot is one level of danger--- directly (more or less) confronting division 8 is another. And just how does the date in the last comic fit into the picture, she seems to have something that gave her an extra push.

wow, some jobs just get harder on holidays.
Just read the archive. Looks great--almost certainly the best fan-comic I've seen on here!
STOP!
COMIC TIME!
Current Comic: The More you Know
There is a very subtle history joke in this comic.
The hidden meaning in Rebellion/Revolution is that redheads are scary and are plotting to overthrow the government.
I dunno what the joke is, but I'm sure it's in the second to last panel.
I read the second to last panel like twice, and all I'm getting is a reference to any number of secret police. Maybe it's too early for my history brain to be fully functioning.
The Joke is in the first panel.
Spoiler
The Bastille, the famous one stormed by french revolutionaries, was technically called the Bastille Saint-Antoine.
why'd ya have to blow it so early in the morning!
I thought it was a French Revolution reference, but I was thinking it was a sister prison to the Bastille.
great comic, by the way
Comic is getting better and better! Great job, BRC!

I know that while I've poked around TV tropes, I've never put anything in it. I suspect some of the others are the same way
Worked all weekend. Had a bad day at work today. Expect comic thursday. Ugh.
Also, FYI, I'm running an interactive dealy over on the MSPA forums. Check it out.
And COMIC
Another day at the Office
This one took far longer than It should have.
Because the zoo keeps me working most weekends, the summer update schedule is probably going to be alot more Thursdays than Mondays.
For example, no way in hell I'm getting a comic done for next monday.
And may I ask, other than how respectful the title is, what is the difference between a Psychological analyzer and a shrink?
Its also interesting that mr. Aranea wants them to stay put until he comes around. I wonder why? does he not want them snooping around? if they're not going to act independently whats the point of division 8 using officers from another division?
oh, and good comic, I always look forward to each one.
Current Comic: Somebody is Grumpy
So yeah, this one is pretty slow. I'll see if I can make another one for Monday just to wrap up this little exchange quickly.
Guess she's gotten burned on those things before.

Elizabeth's Character just kind of happened when I was making these two comics. She had always been professional in my mind, but it just made sense for her to be somewhat disdainful. originally her speech was supposed to be her helpfully explaining her capabilities, showing that she knew her limitations. Then, in my head, it turned into her patronizing James and Marcus. The Offhand comment about wanting to get back to Cardinale in the last comic basically spawned the script for this one.
Well, she did come off condescending, so you nailed that.
I agree with Memnarch on that.
And just letting you know you have more than one reader. :P
It's thursday somewhere.
Current Comic: For the People and the Desk.
Spoiler
Alright, I promise the "People talking while standing behind/sitting behind desks" Scene will end shortly. I feel like a horrible and lazy person simply for doing the scene like this, with just abunch of talking heads and text bubbles.
In other news, I like how I got Marcus with his feet up on the desk looking.
I'll just say that dark clothes plus dark wood desk equals hard to tell where one drops off and the other starts.
Current Comic: Getting really sick of Desks
I've been in a slump recently Rebellion|Revolution wise, I know what needs to happen in this chapter, and it's rather exciting stuff, yet I just spent a month on people sitting behind desks.
I'm going out of town tomorrow for a couple days, and after that I'm working for a few days straight. This means no Rebellion|Revolution for at least a week, potentially two.
Sorry about that, and I hope I can make it up to you guys.
Better get an good explanation for that reason.
