Help with a magical item concept

The name of the item should give away its envisioned use. Anyway, I would like you to evaluate and tell me how much gold should it cost to buy, and if a caster should want to make one through Item creation, what spells should get involved. So, here is the concept:

Style-swapping Glove

A style-swapping glove can be enhanced as if it was a weapon (such as by making it Returning, Axiomatic, Wounding etc). This does not allow you to attack with it as a weapon though, your unarmed strike is therefore unaffected. When wielding a masterwork weapon in a hand covered by a style-swapping glove, you may use the following ability:

Veil (Su): The weapon's normal enhancements are suppressed and replaced with the glove's enhancements. Suppressing and reactivating this ability requires a swift action.
