You failed your Spot (Reference) check. :P
Eat the TV and run.
Everyone knows that metal slimes are hard to catch.
>Just stand and fight; don't mess with the TV whatsit yet.
I suspect that this will probably lead to our demise but running away and leaving Friend Fluff to it? No.
Stand alongside Friend Fluff.
I call him DJ fluffriend.
You should too.:smalltongue:
Eat the T.V. monster, orfind a way to relight the candles. They are the only thing that can keep the BBEG at bay.
I have something going on Friday, so I'm pushing tomorrows update to Sunday. Monday will be pushed to Wednesday to leave a little air for votes. But after that everything will be back to normal.
Sorry. :smalltongue:
Oh, so we're not actually dead yet by choosing to stand with Friend Fluff. That's a promising sign.
We could do something friend-fluffs arm if we run, perhaps. I vote we stand, threaten Greg, and stay alert.
Indeed, even if these two are both above our pay grade, even the silliest of distractions can turn the tide in a close fight.
...or hopefully grab friend-fluff and ride friend-tv to safety, in a fight that's not so close.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet. :smalltongue:
New update, or is it? - Watch Friend-Fluff's back
Spoiler

Despite your rather keen 'survival instincts' you decide to take a stand against Greg with Friend-Fluff.
You quickly move next to Friend-Fluff and put on your game face as you wait for Greg to make his move. You don't know how this is going to end. But you feel that this is the right thing to do.
Spirit: You've done something good.
You've refused to leave a friend behind at a critical moment. You understand that in some convoluted manner this is all your fault and that despite the risks to your own well being, you should be here to help make it right.
You're freely putting yourself at risk to not only fight the consequences of your own actions, but to protect something. You'll find it harder to do evil things from this point on. (-1 vote to all 'evil' actions)
You've also become a little braver again. You're still a horrible coward, but not as much of one anymore.

"Hmpf..
Fine. I've tried to be diplomatic about this. But you've left me with no alternative."
*click*
At first nothing happens, but then you hear a single click escape the darkness; A simple snap of the fingers.
http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...ps3e575e8f.png
You feel a chill in the air. You're sure that if you had any hairs they'd be standing up. An icy breeze wisps from the treeline around your short frame.

You see something.. somethings, moving in the darkness. But you can't make out any distinct shape, other than a mass of black strings.
"vhoooooooooo.."

You hear a mournful howl as a black mass slowly, almost lethargically flows out of the woods and begins to take shape. It doesn't look like Greg is going to be doing this personally.
You've never seen anything this big before. Though to be fair, you can barely see it to begin with, as most of the creature is still in the forest behind it. You won't even entertain the thought of trying to reason with whatever this thing is. You're sure it'll squish you pretty easily if it gets the chance.
Its somehow gotten even darker outside.
Escape into the woods is no longer possible, as the creature's tendrils seem to have the entire glade closed in. There's only one way you're getting out
of here now.
Devour monster.
Wait for Friend-Fluff to make the first move (she's clearly the more experienced fighter of the two of us), then back her up.
>Latch onto and devour the forearm of the monster; thus leaving it one hand short.
Our power is eating things, lets use it to cripple the thing off the bat.
Fall back to the chapel and pray. Maybe there's something nice and powerful that can help us.
I've just had an idea. Remember earlier when Friend Fluff was pinging us with all those beads earlier? It's a shame there aren't any of those laying around because we could ping the Shadow Monster in the eyes while Friend Fluff whacks it with the sword.
We could sing. Or make noise. Or somehow try to replicate the DJ's good noiseyness.
EDIT:That was my vote.
Presumably, we are the best light source around at the moment. Probably best not to eat anything at the moment.
> Aid Friend Fluff in attacking if possible by jumping on or biting (not eating) the thing after F-F makes its move.
So when do we find out if oursuicidal instinctsexpertly crafted battle plan worked out?
EDIT: Seriously, it's been since the 24th that we've last seen an update. We've missed FIVE already
I don't really care about the comic but I hope Miss Lirie's okay....:smallfrown:
