You really shouldn't. The worst one is just like being in High School band camp for all eternity. You just have to remember each one has a secret door. Usually it's by the kitchen.
Oh and don't drink the wine in level 8.

So, I need your opinions. Should I get into the Valentine's Day Card market?

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Speaking of warming hearts... (yeah, I know I've used this one before)

...I should really be studying for my midterms rather than creating a business plan.

I gave it to my girlfriend a month before I asked her out. I really only did it because we were friends at the time and I knew she liked bad puns and Indiana Jones.
2 1/2 years later, I'm going to assume that it ended up working out well.

Hmm... Maybe I should try this with -- Sorry, that was meant to be an internal monologue.
Also, has anyone noticed how before you go eat fast food, the idea of eating it sounds very appealing, and then afterward, you don't understand why you ate it in the first place? That happened to me a short while ago.

Midterms? It's only the beginning of the year for me, what's up with your school system?

Started August 19. Classes end Dec. 2. Finals are over by Dec 9 (I think...mine are at least)

Most of us have been in school for over a month now. Though these tests aren't technically during the "middle" of the semester, most people call them mid-terms.
I myself have had 3 tests out of my 5 classes already, with a 4th coming up this Friday.

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
I've got six weeks of school left, plus exams... urgh, exams...
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
We've had math exams every week but the first and third thus far... >.<
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Want I should question your Math teacher's intelligence and sexuality?

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
No no, it's good. The way she's grading the class means that we could do zero homework and still get an A-, so I'm fine with lotsa tests.
To tell us to buy $150 calculators and then not let us use 'em, though... :smallfurious:
It's not my fault I figured out how to do every type of problem in the book without thinking in two weeks!
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Aww...
I will gladly take said calculator off your hands for the minimal fee of nothing.

My calculator was only eighty bucks. But that's still to much for a piece of plastic that counts for you.

That's why I stuck games on mine :smalltongue:
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
On the other hand, a small plastic box that does the entire class for you if you ask it politely is worth it.
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Mine is basically an expensive paperweight with an instruction manual bigger than the calculator itself...
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Music theory exam on Friday, German literature exam on Tuesday. Need to study a lot for both of them. :smalleek:
But fall break is at the end of this week!
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
Exams are stupid, but breaks are awesome! *Breakdances*
-
Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
and college is better than them all...
you get to choose what you take, and even if you cram your schedule it STILL wont be 8 hours.
so many more breaks in the college life. :smallcool:
apart from that, being lazy and doing nothing constructive trumps all of that.

Me, too. I have three essays and a midterm this week, but it will be SO worth it to have Friday afternoon through Tuesday night all to meself.
Well, I'm going home and bringing a friend. NO CLASSES though...and being able to hug my baby brother....happiness!

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
More bland monotony for me today! Sometimes I wonder if I should run away and join the circus, only to become disenfranchised and learn that everyone is boring, equally.

YEAH!
I'm also going home and bringing a friend. And there's a meetup at the MD Renfest and Blace among others will be there! I hope my friend's not too bored.

I've got a phone interview and I think I'm catching whatever was going around the Games Workshop store over the weekend!
...wait...only one of those is a good thing...

Re: KataraAltinaII's Premature Not So Short & To-The-Point Random Banter #130
another typical daily dose of boring over here...
hopefully though my life at work won't be as hectic as it was Saturday Night.

{Grizzled Old LLama}
Bah, you children, things are too hectic or too boring for you, but never just right. You are like the three Goldilocks vs the Bear in the fables of my youth. {/Grizzled Old Llama}

You will never find peace unless you are frozen in hibernatory sleep for eons, only to awaken after the elder gods have flown in from Yuggoth and conquered all of humanity. {/Grizzled Old Cultist Llama}
On a random note, CurlyKitGirl really needs a little Cthulhu avatar with maybe a Migo kitty.
