Magical Potions count, and were added as mentions in this case. As for whether the potions were heroism in 427, it isn't clairified so we'll forgo it. It would make sense, though.
For the command undead, I put 830 then as a mention, and added 828.

Should Arcane Sight here be a mention? It looks like it's not actually being cast in that strip, but rather is still active from a previous casting.

It only gets a mention if someone states its name, otherwise its just a lasting effect from when it was cast, which can be used as another entry for the spell.

That seems like a detect magic coming from his amulet, but I've had it as an undefined spell in the undefined spell list, with Light? next to it. I added the healing spell from 855.

Just my 2 cents :
In unknown spells, there is harm listed in 457.
I don't think it is harm because you can't kill someone with harm.

I think it should be inflict X wound or something which can actually kill.
Also you can add in unknown summon spell

Good call on the harm. I'll change it to (Inflict?)
All the things next to it are just guesses, possibly to help narrow down the search for what the spell might be.
However, the Elemental wasn't summoned in that strip, it was already there. Though I suppose that V dismisses them in the next strip, then they'd have to have been summoned. Alright, I'll add it in.

Plane Shift on 636 should be 637
Bear's Endurance (638) should be (quickened)
Create Greater Undead, Telekinesis, and Familicide on 638 should be 639
Teleport, Epic on 638 should be 643.
Teleport, Greater on 643 should be 642.
The Teleport on 644 should be Greater. Darthsuvius is teleporting from the Western Continent to Greysky City, which requires a Greater Teleport. The Teleport on 649 should also be Greater, since it's a return trip.

No, I meant whether he's keeping track in the list of whether the spell is cast by scroll or whatever. That is, with a "(scroll)" annotation. It doesn't look like he is.

I'm not sure that there are enough of them to warrant a whole new section instead of just a (magic item) annotation. I do think that some way of separating them would be good.

Depends on whether you think someone may find this info useful in the future.
If you do, there's some other situations that should be annotated. For instance, in the illusion, V cast a Forcecage, Elan cast a Mass CLW, and Xykon cast various spells. And the Sending with a scroll on 634 was in a hypothetical situation. None of these were actually cast in the strip.

It wouldn't be a major addition, since there aren't all that many castings done by scroll and even fewer by wands and staffs. Again, it's up to you whether to add them. Will they be useful sometime in the future?

Throwing it on the spell list seems like it might be the easiest, but since I've seperated Class Features, seperating things like special abilities might be the way to go, too.

As for annotating whether a spell depicted is real, or not or whatever is all just distracting from the fact that it was in fact, shown as being cast in the strip, and so a valid example for the spell.
However, then, why are mentions counted? I could see it going both ways, to be honest. I'm leaning toward leaving it as is, however, and not going into too much detail. The less (parenthesis) the better, IMO.

I think making a separate category for special abilities makes sense, because they aren't spells. Aren't a lot of class features special abilities, though?
To be honest, I don't mind the parentheses. Do we have something saying what each parenthesis means and are they all consistent?

Is there any real distinction between a Class Feature and Supernatural Ability? I'd say bundle them both in the same list rather than add them to the spell list.
