Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
I only need two more players for Medieval WW II.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
One last slot for Medieval II!
Who wants it? We'll start the bidding at one dollar...
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
We could use a replacement in Meta.

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
So, since I'm doing a rewrite of Fae to fit with what happened last game, and address the balance issues brought up with it, is two towns, two wolf teams, and a group of neutrals too many factions?
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Not necessarily. There's a game I'm planning that's fairly similar in faction breakdown.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Very funny Matthias. :smallsigh:
That sounds ok C'nor.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
C'Nor: Sounds OK to the guy who just ran a 6 faction game... which turned out to be more like 15 or so factions. :smalltongue:

Aren't you already IN meta? :smalltongue:

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
If you still need a replacement for meta, I might be up for it given minecraft looks like the wolves will probably win in the next week of real time. How much info and rules is there to get to grips with (expecting it's quite a bit)?
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
If it's not "the most for a werewolf game ever" it's probably close.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Reading through it a bit more, I'm definitely up for joining meta as a replacement. Looks very confusing but fun.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
It doesn't seem to be as confusing as it first looks. Basically you have to remember about teams, factions, and cities, how items work, and how it's possible to die.
After that, it's all different ways of getting win conditions, mostly, and a myriad collection of powers. Maybe some specifics (I lump auctions and searches into items, and challenges/ghosts into how you can die), but nothing too hard to remember. And you can always look again.
But it looks pretty complicated at first glance. I will not deny that.

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Well, unfortunately, Fae 2 won't be up for review any time soon. My computer decided that randomly shutting down would be fun, so I lost all the work I'd been doing over the past few days. Sorry. :smallfrown:

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
I'd suggest making yourself a QT for it. That's what I do for most of my game ideas.

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Pencil in Vampire VI (Title to be determined) for end of July - I figure at that point, it'll be post-convention season (for me), and I'll have enough free time to dedicate to it.
At this point, I'd like to start canvassing for a co-admin to help run it. I'll be tooling up the ruleset so it will be ready for review in the meanwhile. The reason I'm posting three months ahead of time is so I can finish the aforementioned preparations and get the ruleset to my co-admin before the game opens for recruiting.
Warning: The Vampire series tends to be fairly complex with a -lot- of stuff going on. Prior narration/admin experience preferred.

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Minecraft WW has ended with a Flawless victory for the Villains.
And I'm going to be taking a break from Narrating for at least a month. Not sure what I'll do after that.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Can I start a small WW game? no more than 20 people.
There aren't any games recruiting right now.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
@BishFish: Please? :smallsmile:
Also, Demons WW: Game of Trickery ended with Ramsus, Xanmyral, and Grue Bait as the winners.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Seriously, yeah, please do. I'm in 0 games right now. Also, if someone sees Bladescape around, kick him.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
@ Bish Fish: I love your avatar and I'd love to play another werewolf game. The only one I'm really invested in right now is Medieval...What did you have in mind?
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Let's do Classic. Classic is always good.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
He said a small game, Matthias.
And Classic bores me.

Small Classic? Seer, 3/4 wolves, 3/4 masons? That should be somewhat balanced, right?

I could run another Wizards game if you're bored. :smalltongue:
Wizards 2: He's Not Even Trying Now.

Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Other than the stuff I'm planning with Ramsus, I have another game ready to play (which has nothing to do with werewolf. It's a little bit like the Ready Aim Fire, but to be fair, I thought of this before I even knew about Ready Aim Fire...), but I don't have the time to do it.
(Also, Matthias, &we, did you get my PM? You know, to move things along...)
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
Its good to see that there is interest.
I think the setting will be appalachia (I've already written some intro stuff)
there will be one seer, three wolves, three masons, and one fool. I tried to post a new thread, but I think you need a moderator to sign off on it for it to appear. I'll try again now.
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
This section requires moderator approval, but in practice almost everything is approved. You shouldn't resend, as it takes them a while to approve something (sometimes up to a day).
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
I wouldn't object to another Classic, as long as people don't mind having another one fairly soon afterwards. Grue Bait and I are plotting things...
-
Re: Werewolf Central VIII: Important WW information goes here - READ OPENING POSTS!
What happened to Banjo, anyway?
