however, since you rolling a 1 would be sufficient to let you know:
Aldhaven is very paternalistic. The heir is always male. Rosen's daughter marrying Rocholl is a way to increase the legitimacy of his claim, but he is the heir apparent regardless of if he marries her. There are two other candidates, but their claims to the throne are not quite as solid as Rocholl's. If one of them or their sons were to marry the daughter, their claims would be strengthened enough to give Rocholl serious competition, but otherwise it's almost a done deal.
