So... Apparently Lemongrab is gonna be back in next week's episode.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Two returning villians? Maybe they're leading up to something...

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Well... The Lich is gonna be back in the finale... Though I don't see Lemongrab or Ricardio having anything to do with that...
And Lemongrab isn't even evil... Just clueless socially and a bit of a jerk.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
I half expect Scorcher to show up, like as a Fire Kingdom inforcer or something. Actualy, Donny might actualy show up as well, considering that, much like Scorcher, they where center charecters in there episodes.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
I stumbled across this.
Also this.
I'm REALLY looking forward to this one ^_^.
Edit: And I tracked down the long preview too.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
I am very impressed by some of the fanimations out there for Adventure Time. Granted, the show has a simple art style, but still... the few I've seen are pretty much indistinguishable from the real show.

I remember a fan made animation of an adult nature for Teen Titans that was pretty much indistinguishable. Well, besides the nature of the Flash animation of course. What was also impressive was they used dialogue from the series, just rearranged.
if wasn't for the fact is was among the most <expletive redacted/> <expletive redacted/> I've ever seen, it could even be considered downright commendable.

Was it the......well known one with Slade and Raven?

 Yes, that one, though there is two others that are less famous by the same artists. That one in particular though was absolutely chilling.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Well, I suppose it's time for last-minute bets on what part of the fandom will explode when we get about five-six more minutes of Lemongrab screentime.:smalltongue:
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Not really the biggest fan of Lemongrab.
He's pitiable, but, for me, he isn't likeable.
Also, his voice is very grating, and grating voices really affect how I like someone.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Not sure what was more mind-scaring:
Spoiler
Show
It's a tie between the fact that Bubblegum had to have been the one to put in that electricity pad and Lemongrab using the freaking electricity pad on small children.
Also, the mystery surounding Peppermint Butler thickens.

Thats actually a good question... Maybe he's just spent all his time building things around the castle. It was a bad choice to send those kids anyway.
I really didn't like them adding in the scene where:
Spoiler
Show
Finn jumps in front of PB to deflect the sonic blast or whatever the hell he was shooting from his sword. I can only assume this is their way of drumming up suspicion that Finn isn't really over her, but a less cliché way would have been better.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)

So now there are TWO Lemongrabs?
I get PB's logic... That no one would be able to stand/survive long exposure to Lemongrab other than Lemongrab, but this just seems like it's gonna come back to bite her in the butt.
Maybe next time he... they're in an episode, we'll get both of them saying UNACCEPTABLE!!! together.
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
I can give this episode a hearty "Meh".
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Ew, naked Lemongrab II. Also, watching them rub noses (which could also count as kissing) resembles a certain sexual act thanks to their noses rather phallic appearance.
Personally, I'm not sure if Finn saving PB is a sign of 'not over hero' or his general heroic nature.
Also, will the hair stay?
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
PB's hair? Nah, she has different hair in like every other episode.

Ugh. I usually love PB's different looks. This one was awful. The hair and the outfit were both terrible, IMO.

I thought the same thing. It's like she was suppose to be older in this episode. I still can't tell what real life hairstyle this would be.

Actually no, I was wondering if Finns hat will stay busted.
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Doubtful. His hat has come off before. It's just to give us a momentary glimpse of his glorious golden locks. I wonder if they'll ever be as luxuriously long as they were in "To Cut a Woman's Hair"?

I'm pretty sure that Finn has multiple hats because
Spoiler
Show
When the bear steals and wears Finn's clothes, both of them are wearing a Finn hat at the same time.
This could just be a mistake by the storyboard artists though.

Probably on purpose. That's her equivulent of a "motherly" look, and as it turns out she's not cut out for it. In fact, she's better fitted in a lab coat, with her hair down, and......no sweat pants? What the crap was she wearing?:smallyuk::smallbiggrin:

Finn probably has more than one pair of cloths, but he rarly changes because, well, he's a thirteen year old boy with no one telling him what to do.

Seriously. The kid doesn't even bathe, and chugs a so-spice instant bath serum.

Hey, Finn was raised by dogs, be glad he wears clothes at all.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
Finn does bathe we've seen him do it. In multiple episodes. Jake also.

I can't remember what episode it was, but there was one time when an alarm goes off and Beemo says it's Finn's bath time, so he must bathe at least occasionally.

We've seen him bathe in the fountain when his legs got broke. We saw him go take a shower after his date with Flame princess. We saw Jake in the shower after the episode Marciline's closet. and they've done so on other eps too.
-
Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
How many of those happened after "Too Young" though? Maybe he's just grown up. He quite specifically said in that episode: "I don't bathe. I want that."

I thought the lab coat look was very cute for her, but then, girl science geeks are special to me.

Re: What time is it? (Adventure Time Season 3)
My favorite outfit of hers still remains to be the one she wore in "What Was Missing".
