More than just a fighter... (3.5e remix, PEACH)
It's a really simple idea I guess, but I don't see any major issues unless gestalt is being played. Lemme know what you guys think, is it reasonable for a T3 -> low T2 game and will it have enough puff to keep up?

Class Skills:
The fighter's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Handle Animal (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Ride (Dex) and Swim (Str) PLUS another 4 skills chosen as detailed in Diversity below.
Skill Points at 1st Level: (4 + Int modifier) X 4
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier
Class Features
All of the following are class features of the fighter.
Weapon and Armour Proficiency:
A fighter is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armours (heavy, medium and light) and shields (including tower shields). In addition the fighter gains one bonus Exotic Proficiency (weapon, armour or shield) at 1st level, plus an additional one for every 5 levels he gains (at 5th, 10th, 15th & 20th)
Bonus Feats:
At 1st level, a fighter gets a bonus combat-oriented feat in addition to the feat that any 1st level characters gets and the bonus feat granted to a human character. The fighter gains an additional bonus feat at 2nd level and every two fighter levels thereafter (4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, etc). These bonus feats must be drawn from the feats noted as fighter bonus feats. A fighter must still meet all prerequisites for a bonus feat, including ability score and base attack bonus minimums.
These bonus feats are in additional to the feat that a character of any class gets every three levels. A fighter is not limited to the list of fighter bonus feats when choosing these feats.
Diversity:
Once proficient, training for combat takes up little time, but there's plenty of spare time for you to pick up a few new tricks.
At 1st level, a fighter chooses another base class as a secondary focus to his combat techniques. Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. He may choose any 4 skills on this class list and add them to his own skill list. He also chooses either Reflex or Will and gains an untyped bonus to the base save equal to 1+(1/4 class levels). (So +1 at 1st level, +2 at 4th level, +3 at 8th level, etc)
Mixed Tactics:
The fighter knows that hitting things in the face isn't always the answer.
At 3rd level, and every two fighter levels thereafter (5th, 7th, 9th, etc) you begin to develop the new training you gained with Diversity. You gain any abilities listed in the Special section of the class you chose for Diversity at the level shown in brackets on the above table. You count as a character of the bracketed number for the purpose of any ability gained which requires a class level to calculate. In the case of a spellcaster being chosen, you may choose to gain the Spellcasting section of the table instead, but may not choose both Special and Spellcasting. Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. You may multiclass with your chosen Diversity class at no penalty.
