What you could improve on is composition, especially with regards to the text/ speech bubbles.
Some of the text looks a bit cramped up, and sometimes you haven't arranged it in a way that enforces how the character is speaking. For example, in the very first panel you could have split the text up into sentences and had the speech bubbles in the centre, since him talking is the only thing happening.
You also don't need so much of the horse in the panel, especially if he's not doing anything. It just leads it being visually confusing when characters overlap.
Do you plan out the panels before you start drawing with vectors? :smallconfused: Doing a quick sketch might help.
