I'm just reporting what I heard.
And you're assuming people care what teenagers here do. They don't.

Yes. Yes it will. :smallamused:
No to the milk duds. As to the 'other' application of the music rooms, the moment the word 'soundproof' and 'room' were in the same sentance I didn't need anyone to tell me what the best use is :smallwink:

But...It's at SCHOOL! I've taken a look inside those rooms; the floors are hard and the windows are big!

Thanks to everyone for the answers. I'm still trying to puzzle this out.

On a related note, how do you think Vaarsuvius would react if Aarindarius was killed because of her? And how would Redcloak react if Vaarsuvius was being brutally hurt and abused right in front of him and he couldn't do anything?

Ah, poor naive Coffee. You don't know the half of it. What do you think happens in the chapel at my school when no one's having a meeting in there? :smallyuk:
(I mean, it's not like I'm religious, but you'd think that they'd feel a little... you know, dirty...)

V: Mental breakdown.
Reddy: Mental breakdown/unstoppable rage.

The same way she reacted to the hanged elf.

Hmm... Why can't he do anything about it? Is he injured or tied up? Or is whatever's hurting her too powerful for him to stop?

Re: Crack Pairings VI - We've Finally Stooped to Shipping Ourselves
Shame and rebellion are both powerful psychological factors related to 'that kind of love'. So powerful they can become literal fetishes, in fact, so that the person can't achieve real preformance until the feeling is satisfied.
Now stop making me sidetrack from my writing, I'll never get done at this rate!:smalltongue::smallwink:

Re: Crack Pairings VI - We've Finally Stooped to Shipping Ourselves
Heh, we got one guy in my school who plays with himself in the classrooms.
...During class... :smalleek:
It should be mentioned that his intelligence is low enough to rival Thog.
Single dumbest person i have ever met, and it shows.
Never does his homework or anything, never pays attention in class, never answers questions correctly.
And all because it "Feels so good"
I would hate to see what becomes of that guy in the future.

What, particually, are you finding so squicky? :smalltongue: *gets ready to take notes*
And the prospect of us being the only sane ones of our generation... does not bode well for the future.

Re: Crack Pairings VI - We've Finally Stooped to Shipping Ourselves
I'm starting to think so yes.
The human race in general is just plain...(Shudder)
90% of everything is crap indeed.
They weren't kidding when they said that.

If we're the SANE ones I hate to think about the future of the earth.

Thank you! Anything a little more specific for V?
The worst part is that I like taking walks around the chapel, especially during the evening. Now I feel awkward when I see two people meeting up outside of it and going inside.
Though, I suppose it's best that they're inside where it's safe and somewhere where it's not likely that someone will walk in on them, unlike the woods or the practice rooms. (I think I'd still prefer that they'd stick to the barns, though... I mean, people sit in those seats!)

There would probably be some variation. Vaarsuvius loves Aarindarius.

The someone is too powerful. If he tries to intervene or even say anything, then Vaarsuvius is going to get into a lot more trouble and he is going to be put in a position where he can do even less to help.

What Water-Smurf said. Again.
She's pretty much the only one on this thread who can squick me out.
What Closak said too.

Why do people do this?! First of all, it's called a BED, PEOPLE!!!
I mean..I'd never even consider doing stuff like that with this guy, even if we do start dating!

People want some variation sometimes. :smalltongue:

I was thinking specifically V desperately deluding herself that she can bring him back, or that he's not really dead. Or maybe thinking that's he's pretending to be dead because he's angry at her? Something like that?

Reddy would have a seriously hard time resisting doing anything. He'd probably hurt himself somehow (either accidentally or on purpose).

What type of seating is there? If it's not anything particularly comfortable you probably don't have anything to worry about.

In fact, right after I told him, we talked for a while, and we both agreed that if we do start dating (Which will happen if he likes me like that enough), that we'd never act like that.
In fact, this is how that part of the conversation went:
Me: B, promise me something. *Points to a notorious couple* If we ever start acting like that, please hit me.
B: Agreed.

Re: Crack Pairings VI - We've Finally Stooped to Shipping Ourselves
Seriously, what is WRONG with the people in your town? Maybe it's because our teenagers behave better (haha), maybe it's because I don't go to town that often and rather sit in front of my PC or maybe it's because I tend to be at home before 9 (except on Saturdays when I've got D&D) that I have seldom seen people acting like that.
For this reason my psyker got fake glasses with a hidden camera in em. Perfect for secret blackmailing.
On an unrelated note, to which afterlife would Therkla go? Northern/Southern (Southern I think)? Good/Neutral/Evil (Neutral at least)? Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic (no idea)? I need to know in order to get my Lord Shojo/Therkla in the afterlife (I laughed when I rolled that up and thought "Well I can see THAT one happen...") in a state of works because both get into the same afterlife or doesn't work because they don't and I need to tweak around a bit to make it work, but currently it's somewhere in between.

Well, the school has rules about kids of the opposite sex being alone in a room with the doors closed, so for most of the dorms (except for the dorms notorious for loose girls and boys), the bed's out of the question. Creativity is required.

V knows--in fact, she's told him to stay put. And any movement Reddy makes to object or help her will equal more pain for her. Any sign that it's even bothering him will equal more pain for her.

They will do it just about anywhere.

In another friends' school, there's apparently a staircase NEAR THE MAIN OFFICE where everybody knows not to go...
I dunno why people can't wait. If not until they're older, then at least until they get home!
B and I are the only people in our group of friends who have never kissed anybody/gone out with anybody yet. :smalltongue:

Re: Crack Pairings VI - We've Finally Stooped to Shipping Ourselves
Seriously, i come out of the computer room and there's two people with their pants down in the middle of the corridor.
Apparantly they think that No Teachers Around=Free Reign.
The moment there's no teacher in the same corridor they get right at it.
And then there's the teachers coffee breaks...:smalleek:
And lunch when all the teachers are eating...oh dear gods...
