For some reason even fewer people are capable of casting more advanced versions of KITTY!~<3 than than can cast the upgraded versions of PUPPEH! This lead some to initially theorize that, like FLARE and METEO, KITTY had no upgraded form.
Internet auctions confuse and mystify me. Much like regular auctions...

Me too. I usually just buy the "buy it now" items. Of course this seems to be the only Korean Sylvan Library on the internet and I want it.

Say, can anyone think of any famous/notable mythological/fictional sisters, more specifically older female sisters to male characters? I'm drawing a bit of a blank.
...Ok, now how about nanny/surrogate mother type figures? All I can think of offhand for this one is the Capitoline Wolf which nursed Romulus and Remus.

One of my friends has been mistaken for or called the girlfriend, nanny, sister, and most recently (as of yesterday) mom of this kid of a neighbor of hers who she picks up from school and drops off at home.
I managed to hit Jocasta immediately, followed by Ophelia, but petered out when I couldn't think of anything for sister and the best I could do for nanny was the wolf.

The name you want is in Hindu myth but I can't recall it at the moment, a foster-mother of Krishna (www.pantheon.org has her name as Yasoda but that doesn't ring a bell for me). She caught the child-god chewing on something he shouldn't and when he wouldn't spit it out, pried open his mouth in an efficient motherly manner. . .and found the universe inside.

Puppyaga is an epic level spell. Only the truly adorable can cast it.
Which means we would have to either be mascots or children in order to do so. :smallsigh: And I just turned 23...

So I got to meet Fred today. He's a cool frood.
We saw a naked mummy, some old stuff, and got to mock the terrible computer games in Smith's.
Like the Titanic Mysteries. The protagonist has to solve all the puzzles before the ship sinks. OR SHE DIES!! :smalleek:
Or Murder She Wrote the computer game. Or a Vampire! ship with a curse.
Or a How To Write A Novel software programme. I kid you not.
Oh, and we read some comments about some paintings.

There were worse and weirder games. They were going for about £7 or so in the shop.

There was an exhibit of paintings at the museum we went to, and each painting had a little box that people put comments on about the painting in question.
There was a painting called something like Eastern Coast of Scotland and it was a mother and daughter standing on a coastal path looking at flowers.
And one person had written HORSE LAND!! on one of the comments. It was so innappropriate and wrong that it was hilarious.
We probably spent over an hour in that gallery after we discovered that every painting had at least a dozen little cards of comments.
We kept giggling and laughing in a predominantly quiet museum.
For such a dinky city I'm told that museum is fairly good. Not fantastic, but fairly good.

I'm willing to bet there were at least one or two "Barbie *Blank* Adventure* games as well, or whatever equivalent insipid pop icon gets more coverage then they deserve. <.<;

All I can think of now is someone trying to invade Scotland with a lot of horses, literally rising out of the water and charging at the shore.

It seems that computers get the worst of these. It's a sad state that computer gaming is in in big stores. To find a good selection of PC games you have to go to EB Games or something.
