((not dead outright yet, just on -8. Please say someone here is a cleric?))
Dael
Stepping forward, but keeping out of reach of the dangerous troglodyte, Dael summons up a small amount of mystic nature energy and channels it into his fallen companion's body. "You'll be fine my friend!"
SpoilerCast Cure Minor Wounds, Kirantos is now at -7 and stabilised.
OOC: If anyone didn't know, characters are -1 to -9 are unconscious and dying and every round lose 1 HP until they die at -10. Every round though, there is a 10% chance of automatically stabilising themselves, if no one helps them. What I did was to give the dwarf some magical healing, and thus he is at -7 and stabilised. A DC15 heal check also stabilises a dying character.
((^I reallized that in the OOC Thread.))
Kirantos is healed bit, now someone has to get rid of the trog.
((Kirantos is unconcious, Your still with everyone else, you have the highest melee bonus(I think) and with two attacks, you might be able to take the Trog down.))
"For Dwarfy!" Graarg charges at the Trog swinging his axe.
attack:[roll0]
damage:[roll1]
As you cut him, you cut through his heart and he kneals down dead. Woo-hoo! And yoou still have one move/action left.
Now I belive Rodaugh was searching the grain?:smallwink:
"Graarg save dwarfy! don't worry dwarfy, Graarg find someone to heal you!" Graarg picks up Kirantos and walks into the previous room ".....but how Graarg get dwarfy up ladder?"
You each get 120 experiance points.
Rodaugh watches the two fighters fearfully. "Is he alright?"
Hoping nothing else leaps out at them too soon, Rodaugh digs through the sacks of grain, looking for a clue.
[roll0] in sack 1
[roll1] in sack 2
[roll2] in sack 3
[roll3] on the quality of the grain
Sack number three, which I'm taking to be the western most one, has a lever at the bottom. On the quality of the grain, I'll get back to you on that.
Glim thinks about pulling the lever, but shakes his head. "He's right. The dwarf is in bad condition and Graag's not looking too great himself. We need to get them both to a cleric. We can spend the night in the tavern and explore this area later tomorrow."
The grain is too old to be sold and has the occasional worm in it.
((Anyone have tips on how to slow the "pace" of the game?))
Kirantos
((Best way i find is if the DM stops posting for a while :smalltongue: no offence meant of course. Now, how to RP unconsciousness...))
Roll a % for the random dream, you do dream when you're unconcious right?:smalltongue:
Dael Deckr
Glad that the battle is over, Dael searches the room of any traces of the blue guy.
[roll0]
"Guys, maybe we might want to head back up? We haven't gone that far down, and we've got people badly wounded."
The blue guy has no even touched this room from your findings.
((As for dwarfy? just carry him in one arm and use the other to climb the ladder, you could certainly hold him, and you might need to make a climb check. Or you could tie him to your back.))
((I knew putting four ranks into the Climb skill might be useful))
Graarg carries Kirantos in one arm while he climbed the ladder.
Dael Deckr
"It seems our blue prey never entered this room. We might want to search again later when we return"
Kirantos
((what about the level at the bottom of the sack? I cant say anything though, what with unconsciousness and all))

You dream about...

((He does have a point about the lever though.))
The tavern owner asks about the dwarf. "Is he unconcious?
"yea, we need to get him to a cleric"
"'M not sure about a cleric, might be one in my tavern down the street...wait right here." He goes into his room and comes back about a minute later with a stick. "I once bought this in case of bar fights, a wand that cures light wounds, you could probably use it on you dwarf friend, hell you could keep it with all the trouble you might run into."
Dael takes a step closer to the tavern owner and asks him, "Can you tell us more about this blue fella we're chasing? I can't find any tracks of him downstairs."
"Well, he was about three, four feet tall, pale skin, oh and white eyes. After he went down here, I heard this huge grinding noise."
Glim climbs up the ladder and sits down on a nearby bar stool. "So, if he's pale and has white eyes, what exactly is 'blue' about him? And how did you not know about this trapdoor he went into? I mean, we found some sacks of grain, and I doubt this person was hiding those in his pockets. Someone else must have known about the door."
